Madam Lichtenstein Biography
 "Madam" Lichtenstein, as she is frequently called, is descended from a long line of persons with extraordinary perceptive powers. Her great aunt, Etta Weimar, was the famous Roumanian card reader to both kings and queens.
A native of New York City, Charlene Lichtenstein was educated in Europe where she pursued the study of Tarot and Astrology. She returned to New York in the late 1970’s and has lived in Greenwich Village ever since, dispensing advice whether requested or not.
She is the most widely published astrologer in the Gay and Lesbian press in the world with monthly, weekly and bi-weekly horoscopes internationally self-syndicated in over 30 print publications and websites. Her book, “HerScopes: A Guide to Astrology For Lesbians”, is due Out in June 2000 by Simon & Schuster. This book is the first of its kind – a complete sun sign analysis for women who love women but who also have to work, save money, grapple with personal challenges, deal with family and surly neighbors, welcome joy and prosperity, face defeat and awful bosses and perhaps even raise a brood of children who can change the world.
Lichtenstein often lectures on both Astrology and Tarot to anyone who will listen. Her latest prediction: Madam Lichtenstein believes that one day a Lesbian will be elected President of the United States, although definitely not before 2004.
