Two Domino's Pizza employees in Houston have been fired after they uploaded footage to YouTube showing one of them doing unsavoury things with sandwich ingredients.

One clip shows Michael Setzer, 32, putting food up his nose and sneezing on other items while Kristy Hammonds, 31, laughs, while another shows him wiping his bottom with a kitchen sponge, The Consumerist reports.

The two were charged with distributing prohibited foods.

On Tuesday morning Kristy apologized to the company in an e-mail message saying: "Michael never would do that to any customer, EVER!! I AM SOO SORRY!

"This prank was very very immature and I am sorry for the embarrassment that I have caused your company!"

Still, Domino’s fired the two employees, and they were in the custody of the Conover police department on Wednesday evening.

"We got blindsided by two idiots with a video camera and an awful idea," said Domino's executive Tim McIntyre, who added that the company was preparing a civil lawsuit.

"Even people who’ve been with us as loyal customers for 10, 15, 20 years, people are second-guessing their relationship with Domino’s, and that’s not fair."

Susan Boyle’s Britain's Got Talent audition has been viewed over 1.5 million times on YouTube.

Last Saturday, the unassuming 47-year-old left Simon Cowell and his fellow Britain's Got Talent judges slack-jawed with her performance of Les Misérables hit I Dreamed A Dream.

"This is the biggest surprise I've seen in all three years of this show," said judge Piers Morgan.

Now, Boyle is the most unlikely example of why shows like this exist - to create overnight sensations and international success stories out of everyday folk.

In less than 48 hours, the video of her performance stormed YouTube, and fan sites sprung up across the web.

When The Sun told of her worldwide YouTube success, Susan said: "Over a million? That’s incredible, it’s just fantastic.

"I can’t believe all of this, but I suppose it will sink in eventually. I had no idea the show was a worldwide thing.

"I never dreamed of reaching that many people. I am very flattered."

A French pole vault champion has done an unabashed stunt to highlight his quest for a new sponsorship deal by posting a video of himself running naked through the streets of Paris on Youtube.

Romain Mesnil, silver medalist at the 2007 Athletics World Championships in Osaka, used to be sponsored by US sports brand Nike but his contract expired last year and was not renewed.

"It was probably for budgetary and strategic reasons. It's the crisis," Mesnil said.

"In times of crisis you have to come up with a novel approac."

In the video, Mesnil is seen running naked, with his pole, as if preparing for a vault, through some of the capital's most famous streets including tourist spots such as Montmartre and the Pont des Arts across the River Seine.

Somewhat disappointingly, a black censor bar has been added to cover his private parts - this makes it hard to verify that he was, in fact, truly naked.

Mesnil added: "I was very concentrated on what I was doing. It was funny.

"There were tourists who were looking at me taking pictures, but I was really into it, a bit like when you're about to jump with a pole, you don't ask yourself any questions, you're really concentrated."

However, the footage has certainly whipped up interest with some 400,000 views by Wednesday morning.

A group of pranksters in England put up a brick wall in front of their friend's front door as payback for a previous practical joke – then posted footage of it on YouTube.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Leigh Black planned the prank after his friend Dave Pearce sneaked into his house while he was away and rearranged all of his furniture.

Then while Pearce was on vacation in Thailand, Black and his buddies built a brick wall across Pearce's front door.

The 'team' filmed their prank from start to finish and have now posted the footage on YouTube.

"When Leigh went away a few weeks ago Dave got in his house and swapped everything upstairs with everything downstairs and was there waiting for him when he got back," said Shannon Sellick, who helped build the wall.

"So we decided to get our revenge and when Dave went away to Thailand for a few days last week we built a brick wall over his front door as a nice surprise and were there waiting for him when he got back."

Despite being heavily jet-lagged after his flight home from Thailand, Pearce saw the funny side of the prank and managed to knock the wall down.

A man drove from his home in Sheffield to Aberdeen, 400 miles and 10 hours away, on the promise of meeting the woman he'd met on Facebook - only to find the whole thing was a crafty scam.

Now Stuart Slann, 39, has become an unfortunate internet star after a video explaining how he made the trip, and the entire phone conversation have been put on the internet.

During the phone call the lads tell him: "Do you recognise our voices Stuart?

"It's them Scouse lads who threw you in the pool. Do you recognise our Scouse accents?"

Stuart replies: "Yes I do mate."

The mystery Liverpool supporter tells him: "You've been framed", before bursting into laughter.

Stuart met the pads on a holiday in Cancun, Mexico, last November. According to the Telegraph, the three soon started giving it some gob about their rival football teams, and Stuart was subsequently thrown into the swimming pool by the Liverpool fans.

After returning home, they decided to further humiliate their victim, and set up a Facebook page under the name of Emma - a Scottish temptress who began to flirt with the unsuspecting Stuart.

After a month of preliminaries, Emma invited Stuart to her home in Aberdeen, and he duly drove from Sheffield to the remote farm north of the border where he expected to have his evil way with his online girlfriend.

Stuart explained: "I'd been chatting to this girl on Facebook for about a month or so. I really thought she was genuine, and I had no reason to doubt it. On the night she asked me to Scotland I was on the road for about nine hours. And then when I got to this remote farm she sent me a text to say she was still in work.

"That's what made it worse, not only had I driven for nine hours, but I had to wait for about another three and a half hours for her to finish work."

"Then when I got the call to say it was all a hoax I just felt awful.

"If they had asked to drive to Manchester, Leeds or even Liverpool it wouldn't have been so bad and maybe I'd have seen the funny side. But to drag me all the way to Aberdeen was just cruel."

Stuart's wife Louise, 32, discovered the 'affair' last week when the whole sorry tale went public, and their marriage is now over.

An art gallery in Ashland, Oregon, opened a new exhibit with a paint-splattered fundraiser that featured a 'shoe throw' at an image of the departing President George W. Bush.

City Councilor Eric Navickas, who opened the MAda Shell Gallery with partner Amy Godard, used a paint roller to slather a layer of red paint on the soles of sneakers, boots and sandals before people fired the footwear at an 8-foot image of Bush.

Each shot cost $1 at Friday's opening, and the funds collected will go toward future gallery exhibits.

One contributor was 91-year-old Marjorie Mather.

"Wow, I didn't know that was going to be so much fun!" she said, throwing up her hands in victory after smacking a shoe into the picture of Bush. "Before, I said, 'I can't do it. I'm not happy with Bush, but I can't throw a shoe at him.' But then you get into the spirit of the thing and you say, 'Why not?'"

Mather may have been the oldest to 'Shoe Bush' at the First Friday event, but 13-year-old Luke VanCampen was among the youngest.

"I think it's a funny idea and I guess it's a good way to collect extra money for the gallery," he said. "Everybody wants to shoe Bush — well, almost everybody."

Although laughter accompanied the sound of each shoe smacking the Bush portrait, the message behind the installation was serious. Godard said the exhibit is a 'statement of solidarity' for Muntadhar al-Zeidi, the Iraqi journalist who was arrested after hurling two shoes at Bush last month.

"He was tortured for it and he's still in prison. We're calling for his release," she said.

But what you'll see here is a fake trailer for Thundercats movie made by cutting together footage from masterpieces such as The Chronicles Of Riddick, Troy, X-Men 2, Spy Kids and Farscape.

Since Thundercats was a popular '80s cartoon, making a live action trailer for a live action Thundercats movie would be very hard to do.

The San Francisco based Wormy TV took over a year to take clips from old movies, edit them in Adobe Premiere, and add special effect via Photoshop.

The biggest effect is in taking several movie stars and turning them into manimals, by just putting CGI makeup on them during clips of their old films.

A walrus has become a star attraction with visitors at a zoo by learning to play the saxophone under the guidance of her trainer.

Under the direction of her Russian trainer Sergiy, Sara the Walrus grips the brass instrument between her flippers and rocks out to a powerful sax solo at the newly-opened Istanbul Dolphinarium in Istanbul, Turkey

Sara is particularly clever as she can strike a nonchalant pose, leaning on a worktop with one flipper under her chin and looking bored.

Her skills at mimicking humans extend to dressing up as a railway conductor and blowing a whistle.

She can lie down and catch a rose when it is thrown to her, and has become adept at games with balls and hoops.

Sara certainly has a much more exciting life than her wild counterparts, which spend most of their lives on sea ice and seeking out molluscs to eat.

An underwater camera at an oil and gas drilling site off the coast of Texas has captured a rare sight: an alien-like, long-armed, and "elbowed" Magnapinna squid.

The creature, caught on video by a remote-controlled device owned by the Shell Oil Company, was spotted last November roughly a mile and a half below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico.

Footage of the rare squid had been circulating among oil industry employees for months, but became public after a recent report in National Geographic.

"Perdido ROV Visitor, What Is It?" the email's subject line read — Perdido being the name of a Shell-owned drilling site which is located about 200 miles off Houston, Texas.

Despite the squid's apparent unflappability on camera, Magnapinna, or "big fin," squid remain largely a mystery to science.

First identified ten years ago, Magnapinna, or "big fin," has ten tentacles of equal length (as opposed to other squid species, which normally have eight short and two long tentacles), and those tentacles seem to have a visible "elbow" at a short distance from the main body.

Adult squids of this type can range from 1.5 m to 7 m in size.

Scientists are still unsure what function the elbows serve, with some suggesting they help prevent the tentacles from getting tangled when trawling for food.

The Magnapinna squid has never been filmed at a drilling site before, and has only been caught on camera a few times.

The discovery indicates how little we know about life in the Earth's largest ecosystem.

Surgeons in Arizona thought a woman had a possible brain tumor, but it turned out there was something else penetrating her brain – a worm!

Doctors operated on Rosemary Alvarez after she experiencing numbness in her arm and blurred vision.

She went to the emergency room twice and had an x-ray, but everything appeared normal.

It was only when doctors took a closer look at an MRI that they discovered something very disturbing.

Neurosurgeon Dr Peter Nakaji told MyFOXPhoenix.com: "Once we saw the MRI we realised this is something not good. It's something down in her brain stem which is as deep in the brain as you can be."

Alvarez was taken into the operating room where Dr Nakaji and his colleagues were expecting to remove a tumor, but they uncovered a worm instead.

On a video of the surgery, Dr Nakaji can be heard chuckling after he discovered the worm.

"I'm sure this is a very strange response for the people in the operating room," he said. "But because I was so pleased to know that it wasn't going to be something terrible."

Doctors removed the worm and believe Alvarez will not have any lingering health problems.

It is not known where she picked up the worm, but doctors said worms can come from eating undercooked pork or spread by people who don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom.

"It only takes one person who is spreading it constantly to get a lot of people exposed and some of those people are going to go on to develop this problem," Dr Nakaji added.

Alvarez, who is now healthy, said she hopes people learn lessons from her story.

"Wash your hands, wash your hands," she noted.

OMG this chimp is awesome! It plays Pacman really really well!

However, this ape is not a usual chimpanzee like Anjani.

This is Bonobo, an endangered chimpanzee species found only in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

According to Wikipedia, the Bonobo is the closest relative to Humans. So I guess that explain why this primate can play Pacman.

More than 10,000 people have got together in Ravensburg to build the world's biggest puzzle.

Puzzle maker Ravensburger AG, who is celebrating its 125th anniversary of operation in the town, created the giant jigsaw with 1,141,800 pieces in only five hours.

Its total area was 600 square meters and nearly filled the Ravensburg town square.

The participants also assembled more than 4,000 smaller jigsaw puzzles, each with 252 pieces and standard puzzle motifs like animals, maps and landscapes.

A notary has submitted the result to the Guinness Book of World Records.

The current record for the largest puzzle is a 212,323-piece puzzle measuring some 35 feet by 38 feet (10.8 meters by 11.68 meters) in Singapore in 2002.

David Hasselhoff, one of the judges alongside Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan, even admitting: "I'm questioning my sexuality."


According to Barry's MySpace page, he first dressed up as Britney for Halloween in 2003. A few weeks later, Barry attended a taping of The Tonight Show at which Jay Leno had Spears as a guest.
