Journey - A painting

journey is something which each one of us has to take

sometimes alone and sometime with someone,

sometime the journey is pleasent and real one

and sometimes it sad and fake.

Journey is something which was on  my mind

while i was sketching this painting 

and thus this woman in Ghaghra 

with her belongings by her side

as Journey is something 

which was on my mind,..:-)

This painting is not complete,i am thinking of adding something else in this,.:-)

Coffee time and some books - Weekend wrap up 38

Its been so long  since i read ,sipped cofee
relaxed and thought about life
and thats what i did this weekend
this mug of coffee reminds me of my sis
and the cold Delhi nights

we would be lost deep in conversation
when suddenly she would be seen
with a mug in her hand and a spoon
and our conversation would  continue
she would continue beating
and then would be back again
with a mug of coffee
now when we both are busy
in our own life
we just have these sweet
 memories to cherish .
