Several tiny radial sprays of cacoxenite crystals occur on this specimen. The matrix is hematite and drusy quartz. Although several of the sprays of cacoxenite crystals are damaged, some are in excellent shape, especially those found in the vugs in the matrix of this specimen. This piece is a delight to examine under a loupe.
