Thank you so much for stopping by to take a peek inside our holiday home today. I realize that everyone is hustling and bustling around, so I'll not bother you with idle chit-chat, just pictures today with only the briefest of descriptions.
I'm linking up with the ever gracious hostess Julia of Hooked on Houses for her Hooked on Holiday Homes tour and with Melissa of The Inspired Room for Holiday Linky Friday ! Please visit these girls and check out their list of other participants, too.
Today is also Show and Tell Friday with our wonderful hostess Cindy of My Romantic Home. Stop by and visit her and all the other bloggers that are showing great items today. I'll be sharing about my Santa Collection!
I showed many parts of my home Thursday when I linked with Rhoda's Holiday Home tour. You may see those pics of many rooms in my home here. I also am participating in Susan's Deck The Hall Tuesdays where you can view past posts of mine here and here.

My favorite PINK Belsnickle and my pink tree from my tot-hood!
I'm in love with churches and village cottages
This one lights up.......
and even changes colors!
So does this one!!!! Love how it reflects against my floral etched glass antique mirror!
And yes, I bought 2 , no, actually 3 of these ~ gave one to my dear girlfriend.
I've been busy cross-stitching PINK SANTAS
Note to self: Need to make one for ME!
An elegant Santa in our living room
One of my bday Santas with his own sleigh ~ sometimes I put sleighs and Santas along the stairway on each step.
I originally posted the below pic for my holiday home tour, but failed to mention something about the silver goblet that is holding the white bottle brush tree and why it is so special....
The goblet is one of 6 that my husband and his brother purchased for their mother years ago when they were little boys. They would save their allowance and money from odd jobs and gift her with them, one at a time, as their finances would allow on special ocassions. Isn't that so sweet?!?
I have the Christmas spirit all year long, as evidenced by our Barrister's bookcase in our office. Several shelves have some of my favorite Santas on display year-round.
The small card on the left of all these Santas was the tag on a gift from me to hubby the first Christmas after we were married.
These are some of my larger wooden Santas ~ I used to buy these each year when we went to Salado on vacation at a shop called The Dusty Rose.
Small Avon Bottle Santa with box and pretty Victorian tin box
Tiny hunched back Santa is a thimble
One of my very favorite Santas ~ this one is jointed and was another bday gift from my parents years ago
A small cross-stitch ornament I made
and a vintage chalkware Santa from my childhood (that my mother wanted to sell for 25 cents in a garage sale!)
My roly poly handpainted gourd Santa
A very favorite Standing Father Christmas in very soft colors purchased with my mother on a fun shopping/home tour expedition
One pictured especially for Amy of Bunny Rose Cottage with a sweet bunny in his sack
My hubby bought this musical one as a surprise for me ~ I have to giggle at him telling me how he fought the women at an after~Christmas sale~he said they were r-u-d-e!
These are musical, too
Love the graphics on this box
Papier Mache` box handpainted by a local artist
Another bday present, an Enesco Christmas Carosel that I bought for hubby to give me!
It is musical, turns, the figures go up and down, and it even lights up with over 40 teensy lights.
If you are as big a lover of decorating with cloches as I am, take a look at my post here!
Next time I'll be sharing a favorite Christmas decoration and why it is so special to me for PINK SATURDAY! Til then.....
Christmas Hugs,
