I Franken Love YOU!

I am quite "frankly" obsessed with putting smiles on my kids' faces when they open their lunch boxes or snack bags.  When I spotted this darling, Halloween faced, bubble tape gum, I couldn't resist buying them. I decided to add a little Halloween love/humor by creating a tag to attach. Click here, "I Franken Love YOU!", to print your own.
The twins received the mummies and Ty received the frankenstein . I didn't want him to be embarrassed so that's why his catch phrase is a little more adult-like.  I loathe the work freakin, but felt, this on the whim phrase that I came up with, fit the occasion and the message I was trying to drive home was that "I love you!"  I think doing these sorts of things shows.  Click here, "Your Mummy Loves YOU!", to print this tag.
When you print these tags that I am offering, you will have to cut around the circle or you can use a circle cutter, that's what I did. The tags themselves are not proportionately sized. I was in a HUGE rush.  So... I hope you don't judge the quality and just appreciate the free gift.  LOL!

Back-To-School Lunch! (2018/2019)

I didn't get an opportunity to go to "Back-To-School" Night, so I have NO IDEA what time lunch is for the twins. Darren went, but didn't take any notes.  Oh well! I hope their snack was BIG enough to hold them over.

Each kid had the SAME lunch, give or take a little something: a sandwich, fresh fruit, chips, and dessert.  I gave each kid a special, school supply surprise too!
Above: Lilah received a "squish-mees", panda bear pen! It will match her book bag.
Below: Jax received a "squish-mees", ice cream sandwich pen!
Ty received a pack of "Xtra-Fun", colorful pencils and white eraser toppers.
Hopefully receiving this in his lunch box didn't embarrass him.  I will soon find out.
I hope it made them all #HAPPY, like their napkin reads. Again, nothing over the top, I think those days are over, but still sweet and special.

To drink? Water!!!!  I took the ugly labels off and made my own "Back-To-School" water bottle labels, with scrapbook paper!

First Day Of School Snack Time!

Today was the first day back-to-school and I wanted to make my kids' snacks and lunches a little special. I normally get new sets of containers, from Pottery Barn Kids, but I ran short on time this year.  So, when I spotted these sistema "split" containers, I grabbed them.  I absolutely love that I can put fruit on one side and caramel on the other, or salsa and chips, or peanut butter and celery etc...
I got one in every color so that I could be sure each kid had one.
Today, snack time consisted of Check Mix and apples with caramel!
I left the twins a small surprise, in their snack bag.  Jax's snack bag had these funny, emoji erasers from Claire's.  I paid $4.99. A bit pricey, but they will last a while and through a minimum of five pencils.
This oversized eraser came from FIVE BELOW, and reads, "for HUGE mistakes!"
I packaged it up with some rope and a cute printable. "Happy New School Year!"
Those few items came along with a NEW, NIKE snack bag and a NEW, emoji water bottle!!!!
Lilah's surprise erasers also came from Claire's.  Check them out here.  I paid $3.99.  Aren't they just PERFECT for a mini Lip-Boss.
I got Lilah the "always right" eraser. It's true not true, hehe, even IF she thinks so.
I am so sorry the photos, in this post, are POOR quality.  I was taking them in the dark, with my iPhone, at like 5:00 a.m.  I just ran out of time to photograph everything.  School started TWO weeks early this year.
Little stinker came down too early, this morning, and saw her water bottle. She was so excited.  Oh well! At least she didn't see the other items.
I am sure this made them smile! It's nothing MAJOR, just something little, to remind them that I love them.  I did NOT put anything in Ty's snack bag other than food and a drink.  I didn't want to distract or embarrass him.

First Day of 7th Grade ~Tyson Bolling

Well, it's his second year in middle school and before I blink, he will be heading off to High School.
I'm realizing more than ever, time is going so fast.  Before I know it, I'll be 60 years old.  Sigh...
This kid loves to aggravate every human being in our home and sometimes even the dogs, but THERE'S NO DENYING he is rocking things outside of this house.  LOL!  He has been working out all Summer with the High School Football team, he NOW plays both kicker, corner back, running back, and quarter back for the middle school football team.  He is in all advanced classes.  He is also practicing hard and often to be on the basketball team, once the season starts.  OH AND... he is STILL the ball boy for the High School Football Team, which means, he goes to EVERY home and away game. He's making me proud.
I was thankful Ty was willing to let me capture some back-to-school photos.
I'm surprised he was, smiling through most of them EXCEPT for the ones I told him to just look serious, because he was asking, in-between shots, if I could buy him unlimited data for his cell phone and I kept saying, "No!"
He was proudly sporting a Jake Paul t-shirt, his favorite youtuber, AND some George Paul Nikes.
Two weeks before school started, we went to his school to set up his locker.
He really set up the pencils/pens/glue/binders, but I set him up with..
Jolly Ranchers...
Crackers and Cliff Bars.
Ty even tested Jax to see if he could open his locker.
He was then set for 7th grade.  He's too big for the first day of school signs, but he LOVES football, Jake Paul, Basketball, Prison Break, his best friend Gabe, and annoying living daylights out of anyone who lives in our home.  LOL!
Check out the view he gets to see every single day on his way to and from school
His lunch box included a note from mom, reminding him to be a light and a walking example for Jesus Christ.  I included two pencils, one read, "I Before E, Except After C" and  the other "Text Less, Write More!"
He chose a Nike, KD Khaki Bookbag.  I love it.  It's so grown up and handsome.
And he's using a Steeler's Football Lunch Box.
After school, on the first day, I always treat my children to a few goodies.
On display, he received some glue to make more slime...
White out... #bigboyschoolsupplies
An Itunes gift card...
Two decks of cards (He is so into card tricks right now)
A watermelon lollipop...
Witness gear referencing John 3:16...
Ty enjoyed his first day of school, from what I could tell.  He had football practice immediately after school, so he didn't have as much time to talk to me fully about his day, when he got home.

First Day Of Third Grade - Jaxon Bolling

My Jax is all about being comfortable and all that really means is wearing clothes that are comfy.  I tried my best to design his first day of school outfit around his desires.  So, he wore army/camoflauge "joggers" and graphic t-shirt that reads, "Ain't No Momma Like The One I Got!" Originally, I spotted it at Stellar Seven, but they were out of stock for his size. I immediately went to ETSY and found this seller. It worked out great because her shirts were cheaper anyway and just as nice.  Jax was so proud to wear his shirt and of course, I was so flattered.

Jax's first day of school sign was all geared towards the Dallas Cowboys and football, as you can see.  Jax's sign said, "I love football, watermelon, Dude Perfect, and sleepovers with Cohen." If you are interested in creating a sign like this one, click here.
I am really not sure any little boy could be any cuter than he is.  Jax is our little guido.  LOL!
After dropping Ty off at football practice, I ran to GreenHill Park to capture these photos.
His BIG brother Ty's personality really came out in many of these photos.
I love his sweet demeanor and those dimples TOTALLY melt.my.heart.
Jax is most excited that his buddies Evan and Matthew are in his class.  He is also able to spend the entire school day with his twin sister.
He is ONE cool DUDE!
I allowed Jax to pick out a book bag of his choice and of course he picked out a Dallas Cowboys book bag.
AND you can't have a Dallas Cowboys book bag without a matching lunchbox right? This came from a sports store in our local mall.
Just like Lilah's lunch, Jax's lunch wasn't anything over the top.  I made him ham and cheese roll ups, a buttered Hawaiian roll, grapes/blackberry combo, sun chips, and a new snack mix made by crunch.  Of course, I enclosed a sweet note and a FUN pencils from Office Maxx and Michaels.
After school, on the first day of school, is ALWAYS so anticipatory to them.  They know I greet them with some fun goodies.
What did Jax get? Well, GLUE, to make MORE slime.
Witness gear: We love to share our LOVE of Jesus with others.  "For by Grace you have been saved through faith!" Ephesians 2:8
New sharpies in COLOR BURST colors and poster board.  Jax LOVES to color and create.
A blue raspberry sucker!
 A gift card to iTunes!
AND, drumroll, the NEW G.O.A.T. Edition of Madden 18.  This game was over $80.00, so that's why his stash looks WEAK! He had to share this with his brother, but STILL a great after school gift.
Jax is a little worried about 3rd grade being hard.  He said, "I got one B is 2nd grade and second grade was easy.  So I am so worried I will get 2 B's."  LOL! I, of course reassured him to just try his best.
