Bananas Over You ~ Ai Zoo Babies Blog Hop

The Art Impressions design team is having a blog hop today to introduce some new Zoo Babies images.

If you are following along in hop order you should have arrived here from Sharon's blog.

I was so excited to see that I got the Bananas Set Sku#4531 to play with.

.

(Copic used: E41, E42, R20, R30, E35, E55, E57, N0)

As soon as I saw this cute little guy I knew that I was going to create a shaker card. I used a chipboard frame and put vellum on it and then added some sequins from my stash. I stamped the sentiment right on the frame.

I am the last stop on today's blog hop so if you didn't start at the beginning or if you think you have missed anyone please start off here at the Art Impressions blog.

Today I am sharing a card with you that I created for Seize the Sketch #18!

This fabulous sketch was designed by Jessica this week.

Here is my take on her sketch. As you can see I did change the oval to a tag. Papers and embellishments are from the Crate Paper 'Styleboard' by Maggie Holmes.

Hope you will play along this week.

Perfect Day ~ RS108

Happy Monday! It is a rainy, grey day with temps in the upper 50's. Tomorrow it is back to winter and high temps in the 30's with snow.

I created a quick card today using the current Retro Sketch.

I also used my current go to paper pad by Crate Paper along with stickers and embellishments from the same collection.

hello ~ cardabilities #96

It is a gorgeous day here in Minnesota and tomorrow is even going to be nicer. Weatherman says 60 degrees. Time to pull out the flip flops for sure. We haven't had temps this warm in over 165 days.

Before I headed out this morning I played with my new favorite sketch challenge Cardabilities!

I am kicking myself for not trying out for their DT call they had recently.

Here is my take on the sketch using paper, chipboard and embossing folders by Crate Paper and vellum leaves by PoppyStamps.

WISH ~ SSSC207

Just a quick card to share that I created this morning using Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch.

For my card I used papers and embellishments from the Oh Darling collection by Crate Paper. Love the colors in it. I also added a piece of vellum to the top of the pink patterned paper so it toned down the pink/red color a little. The wish sticker is from an alpha sticker collection by My Minds Eye.

Now I need to get busy and run to the store. We are expecting 5 - 7 inches of new snow later tonight and into the morning.

what a doll

A quick card to share that I created this morning using this weeks sketch at Cardabilities.

Pay no attention to the blob of color on the doily. I sprayed and then proceeded to put my hand in it!

Papers and ephemera are by Crate Paper from the Oh Darling collection.

Happy ~

While waiting for the plow to come through and do our street thought I would make a card or two.

The stenciled class just ended and I must say it is the best class I have ever taken. I love playing with my molding paste and stencils.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
