let's get together

Don't you just love when you find a stamp that is perfect for all your coffee friends? As soon as I saw this little stampset and die over at PTI I knew I had to make it mine. Especially since it was less than $10.

I also used papers by Echo Park from the "this & that" collection. The inspiration behind my card was this weeks sketch over at Techno Stamper.
Thanks for stopping by to look.

hb2u

I am on a roll today and just cranking out some cards and catching up on a few of my favorite TV shows.

I have all my newest purchases here on my desk and am trying to use a little of each before I file them in their proper places.

For this card I once again used papers by My Minds Eye from the Miss Caroline collection called "dilly dally".  The buttons are also My Minds Eye from the Follow Your Heart collection and the alpha is Tim Holtz.

I just love the color combinations in this paper collection. Grey, teal and yellow (swoon).

I used this weeks sketch over at Technique Stamper for the inspiration on my card.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, your comments are always appreciated.

I place washi tape on my chipboard before I cut out these heart images. The sentiment is a rub-on by Pebblesinc.

Here is the sketch I used for inspiration.

cards

I have a few cards to share with you before the challenges for them expire.

First up is a card I made for this weeks challenge over at Clean and Simple Stamping.

I used papers and rosette flower by BasicGrey from the "sweet threads" collection.

Don't you just love this sketch?

Next up is a card I created using this weeks Techno Stamper sketch and a couple new dies I got in the mail today by Memory Box.

Don't you just love that big rosette die? I also got the delicate vine die and put that on the inside of the card.

Here is the sketch that inspired my card.

Okay the last card this evening uses my new PTI stamp set called "wildflower garden". I just love this stamp set and am sure you will be seeing a lot of it.

I used Tim Holtz Distress inks and a Martha Stewart punch on this card.

Here is the sketch from Karen Giron that inspired me.

Thanks for stopping by to look ~ I hope you leave a comment for me.

(This is my 2nd post today ~ scroll down for Sasya's Sketches Challenge)

We are definitely having some weird weather here in Minneapolis. We had Spring last week and yesterday It was a little bit of everything. It started off by raining most of the day, then the rain turned to sleet and last night it turned to snow. Well it is still snowing out and when it is finally over we are supposed to have 10 inches.
I am so tired of snow!!!
So as long as I am in the house I decided to make a card to share with you.

This card uses up the end of my Echo Park "life is good" papers that I bought. I love the richness of the colors in this collection.
I used the sketch over at Techno Stamper as the inspiration for this card.

So are you enjoying spring like weather where you are? Leave me a comment and let me know.

Enjoy!

My second card is for Tiffany's newest challenge over at iheartart.

For this card I used papers from "fine and dandy" by My Minds Eye. The chipboard letters are thickers by American Crafts.

Here is Tiff's fabulous sketch for this week.

Okay that is it for me. I am off to do a few things around the house and then run a couple of errands.

snow, snow and more snow

It is going to be one of those hunker down and stay inside kind of days here in Minnesota. They are predicting the Twin Cities "metro" area will see 12 - 15 inches of snow in the next 24 hours.

YUCK! Did I tell you I hate snow.

I have a couple cards to share with you today and this first one is for the challenge over at Techno Stamper.

For this card I used papers from Stella and Rose "Mabel" collection by My Minds Eye. The image is by Stampin' Up and that cute little sculpty flower is from Prima.

Here is the sketch that I used for my card.

My next card uses one of my first purchases from PTI which was the "tea for two" stamp set and I have been hooked ever since.  Papers are also by My Minds Eye from the "fine and dandy" collection. I added some of my handmade wrinkle ribbon.

I used the Sweet Sunday Sketch as my inspiration for this card.

Okay I am off to finish watching a movie I started this morning. If you are in Minnesota and are out on the roads today ~ be careful.

Enjoy!

I worked on Saturday at Anchor Paper and was so happy to see that we had gotten in some of the Echo Park v "be mine" papers.

They were perfect for my card today and matched the PTI felt spot on. I added a little bit of stitching to the hearts too. The sticker is SRM from the "valentine" collection.

I used this weeks sketch over at Techno Stamper as my inspiration.

Stop back tomorrow for this weeks challenge over at Sasya's Sketches.

tssc156 and just because

I have a couple cards to share with you today. The first card was created for this weeks challenge over at Techno Stamper.

This was a fun sketch and I used papers from BasicGrey's "marjolaine" collection.

My next card was created for this weeks challenge over at Inspired Crafters and when I went to load my card I realized that it was supposed to be a Christmas Card.

Oh well I like how it turned out so will just post it for the fun of it. I used October Afternoon papers, chipboard and mini market stickers from the "modern homemaker" collection.

My last card I have to show you uses one of my recent digital purchases from "squigglefly". I had not used it yet and wanted to create a fun just because card.

Such a fun image to color and I added the embossing folder and some of my handmade wrinkle ribbon.

New Kids on the Block

No not the boy band. Lori Boyd has done it again and has released some awesome images over at The Lollipop Shop.

So lets meet the kids.

First up here is Lollipop Abby and to create my card I used this weeks challenge over at Techno Stamper. You will notice that I did not use any patterned paper for this card and it isn't because I didn't want to, it was because I don't have a good selection of red, white, and blue papers. Can you recommend some?

Here is the sketch from Techo Stamper that inspired my card.

Next up meet Landon Puddle Jumper who is one of the newest stamps byLORidesigns that have been turned into a digital image and available exclusively here.

This is the sketch that inspired by my card and a new challenge sketch blog for me called Stamping 411. For this card I pulled out my "oliver" papers by BasicGrey and my "just the ticket" stamp set and die from PTI.

Last I want to introduce you to baby addy and she is a "sweetpea"! Yep, a brand new collection from Lori.

Sorry for the long post but I wanted to get all of these NKOTB in one post as I have more stuff to share with you. Think Christmas.
