Mixed 2 different paints together: Baby Blue & Green. Painted with a foam brush on white cardstock. Stamped the Seahorses on yellow vellum paper. Cut out the Seahorses using spellbinder die. After allowing to dry I attached the yellow vellum to paint surface. Stamped the bubbles & sentiment. Added ribbon.
