Aspen Canyon Ranch Skeet Shooting Horseback Scrapbook Layout

Decided to think outside the sport box so to speak when I
chose to create a scrapbook layout for the Bitten by the
Bug 2 Sports Theme challenge.

In Summer of 2005 my family enjoyed a Summer vacation
week at Aspen Canyon Ranch, a Dude Ranch, in CO.

One sport "Annie Oakley" Melissa enjoyed was Skeet
Shooting. I hit one clay pigeon. Had not done skeet shooting
since my younger days when I was growing up on E c
oast of FL.

Other sport Cowgirl Melissa enjoyed was horseback riding on
the trails.
Each person was assigned a horse, mine being Duchess,
and you rode that same horse every day so you got to know the
horse quite well.

Sports Softball Scrapbook Layout

Created this Sports Softball Scrapbook Layout.

Catching up on some more scrapbooking that I did not do when the event happened.

My daughter #18 played softball on the Varsity Softball team for her high school when she was a sophomore. She had not played softball before. She had played soccer & basketball. The team did not have actual tryouts so they allowed whoever signed up for softball that yr to be on the team. The team had not won a single game since the school had formed a softball team and the yr my daughter played they won a couple games & came in 4th in a tournament. Daughter hit the ball and made it to base a couple of times & scored a couple runs during the season.

AnnaBelle Stamps Birthday Challenge #3

Today is the third and final Birthday Challenge #3 at AnnaBelle Stamps. Today Patti and I are hosting the challenge which we are very excited about. What is today’s birthday challenge?

To make a card/project that has 2 of something starting with B.

(eg: 2 blooms, 2 buttons, 2 bows, 2 bling etc). Why the letter B? Because it stands for Birthday…and 2 because AnnaBelle Stamps is turning 2! Yay.
