Kimono Marci

Hello everyone Ann-Marie popping in today to share a little something with you all.

I've gone a little oriental today and used a fab La La Land image 'Kimono Marci with Fan' and she's so cute and on offer over in the store too.  I thought I would do a little paper piecing for a change so her outfit has been paper pieced and also her fan.  I had an idea to use the Cheery Lynn Spring Oval Frame die but cut it up into sections to make a fan shape behind my image and added a little ribbon to finish it off.

Okay that's all from me today folks.  I hope you are enjoying a fabby weekend.

Take care.

Kisses for my Sweet

Good Morning Everyone.
I hope you are well and having a good weekend.

For my card today I have used a delightful Mo Manning stamp made by Stamping Bella with some stunning double-sided Bildmalarna papers which I have used to paper-piece the lady's dress adding some shading with coloured pencils. The gorgeous border die is by Memory box, all the other hearts are from the same die.
The sentiment banner was cut with the fabulous La-La Land Folding Banners die and the sentiment stamp  is from the very useful SC Designs Collection Everyday Moments.

Audrey Loves Her Make-Up

Good morning world, DT Linda here.  I'm on my hols this week and I'm loving it.  I had a lovely birthday and now I get to spend most of this week crafting away to my heart's content.  Anyway on with my share for today, I was going to do another Valentine, as it's Valentine's week, but I thought the card I'm sharing today had a kind of Valentine feel about it even though it isn't a Valentine's card.

I've used Maja Design papers from the Crea Diem collection.  Links to products in the shop are as always at the end of the post.

The stamp is called 'Audrey loves her make-up', one of the Uptown Girls from Stamping Bella.  She also comes with a sentiment, which I didn't use here as it's quite large. I've coloured her with Copics,
colours are listed on my blog.

The scrabble letters are from Whimsy, they also do a die to match, but I don't have that so I just hand cut them. The Eiffiel Tower is a La La Land's die. I've also used some Prima bling here.

I do hope you enjoyed my share today, and that it gives you some inspiration for Valentine's week xx

Bliss

Good Morning world! DT Linda here and  I'm in busy, busy, busy mode this week both at home and at work as I have a whole week booked off work from starting next Monday and my beautiful daughter is coming up from London on Saturday to visit me for a few days for my birthday.  So I'm trying to get as much done as I can this week.

I've had this stamp for a while now just waiting to be inked, I've never used a Some Odd Girl stamp before, so this was another new try for me.  I thought I'd combine her with these lovely Bildmalarna papers, soooo pretty.  Links to the items in the shop can be found at the end of my post, just click and they will take you straight there with no searching.

Since it's February I created a Valentine's card, though as it doesn't actually say Valentine on it you could actually send it to a loved one on a variety of occasions.
I used a couple of lovely La La Land crafts Dies on my card, they do a wonderful range, check out all the ones that Tracy stocks, there's loads!  What I like about these dies is that they always cut so cleanly.  I never have a problem with them,  no need to use a metal shim, even on an intricate one like the tree I used here.
Both the stamp set and the paper are on sale right now, Tracy has so much lovely stuff on sale, you don't have to spend a small fortune to make lovely cards.

I've accented with some bling, I looooove these Prima Say it with Crystals collection, they are wonderful for a little bit of focal enhancement. I love these Prima butterfly clips, very useful for if you want to change out sentiments too.

The inside is decorated to complement the outside and I used the 3 butterfly stamps that come with the image to stamp on the inside and then accented with some little butterflies cut with a Memory Box die.
Well that's it from me today, I shall have my nose firmly to the grindstone at work when this goes live, desperately trying to empty my in-box before Friday lol.
Take care and have fun! : ) x x

Winter Birds

Morning everyone, it's Linda here with my scheduled Tuesday post.  I'm sharing another Christmas card today, and as it's the last one I'll share here this year I've had a play with lots of goodies. I've added links at the end of the post that take you directly to the item in the store.

I used more of the beautiful Pion Design papers. The birds went perfectly with the Bildmalarna stamp I used.
The shape of the card is made with a Martha Stuart Punch around the Page set.  I've used lots of stickles on the edges and the snowflakes.

Love this cutie from Bildmalarna, she's called 'Winter Birds'.

I barely had to add anything to this paper to decorate the inside, just a sentiment from a My Favourite Things stamp set and a couple more snowflakes.  I think you could even use this for the front of a card if you prefer a more CAS style.

Well that's it from me today, I'll be back next Tuesday with something non Christmasy.

Have a great day :) xx
