Saturday Birthday

Hello everyone and a very happy Thursday to you.

For my little piece of inspiration this week I thought I would decorate up a little gift bag.  I've been meaning to do this for a while as it's my daughter's birthday in a few weeks and thought I would fill it lots of girlie smellies for her.  I also thought that the Little Darlings Saturated Canary image 'Saturday Birthday' would work beautifully so inked her up with a lighter ink again and coloured with my usual copics and great news is she is on offer in the store at the moment too.  After much deliberation I chose to use some gorgeous Teresa Collins papers called 'Daily Stories' and I really do love the fresh colours in this set and that's where I got my colour inspiration from for the image.

Okay that's it from me today.  Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your week.

Take care.

'I Do'

Hello everyone and wishing you a very happy Wednesday indeed.  Well as it's Wednesday you have me, Ann-Marie, popping in to share a little of the crafty goodness with you all and I was feeling in the mood for a little wedding inspiration today.

So I have made a card using the most adorable little wedding couple from The Greeting Farm 'I Do' set.  Now I could have done the obvious and used white for her dress but once I saw the gorgeous Teresa Collins papers 'Save the Date' well I thought I would buck tradition and go for a pale pink.  Unfortunately I seem to have covered up quite a lot of the papers but trust me they're just beautiful.  If you look carefully you can see a frame with lots of hearts on it (you can probably see it better in the side view picture) well that's from the 'Love Arch Squares' die set from Tonic Studios and boy I love these dies they're a great size and loads of possibilities and the mat that the wedding couple are on was also cut using one of the smaller dies in the set.

A close up of the happy couple and as you can see I went a little mad with the 'Star Dust' Stickles on her veil but it does look lovely.  As usual I've linked all the fabby goodies I used at the end of the post for you.

Okay folks that's all from me today.  Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day.

Take care.

Prima Mixed Media Doll Stamps...

Tracy recently took delivery of the Prima Mixed Media Doll Stamps....and I was lucky enough to find one in the my DT pack....You can find here HERE. I stamped her onto Craftwork Cards Digital Cardstock with a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink pad and coloured her skin and hair with Copics. I then stamped her again onto patterned paper from the Teresa Collins Now & Then 6x6 paper pad. I used a luggage tag from any stationery shop and added the papers from the pad, together with a doily and some gorgeous lace ribbon and seam binding and a flower. The words have been cut from one of the sheets of paper in the pad.

I have found a fab Pinterest board showing so many fab examples with this stamp...will definitely be making some more.

Bunny with cake!!

Pens- Promarkers.
( Ivory, sandstone, caramel and burnt sienna)

Morning peeps!!
awwww don't you just love this super cute little bunny?!!! I do!! I was so excited when he was sitting in my yummy new DT package that I had to inky him up and play straight away!!

I decided to go with a mono colouring play and stuck with some browns and a little creamy ivory for the lightest parts.

The cherry and his cute little nosey have some glossy accents on to make them pop!!

The little bunny stamp, papers and banner stax are all in the little bank Holiday discount sale so go snap them up quick before it ends :)

huge hugs Lou xxx

Teresa Collins - Everyday Moments

I absolutely love the Teresa Collins paper pads and just had to make a card with the range without the use of a main image.

I have layered the Teresa Collins Everyday Moments papers with Bazzill cardstock...I think I used Starmist. I embellished with some Bakers Twine, Lace a paperclip and a Craftwork Cards sentiment.

I just love this paper range Teresa Collins has such an eye for patterns and details....and her colour palettes are stunning...and she even does Washi Tape...another of my loves.

BUBBLES LOVES BUBBLY

Hello Everyone

How are you all today?  I hope you are keeping warm 'cos it's freezing outside.

Today I would like to share with you a card I have made using a fabulous Stamping Bella stamp called Bubbles Loves Bubbly.

Here is the full card:

Mmmm, a nice hot bath with a glass of bubbly - just what the doctor ordered after a long day at work ;o)

The recipe for the card is:

Sentiment Die:  Whimsy - Ticket Die

The image has been coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E11 E00 E000 / R20 R30 (cheeks)
Hair:  E55 E53 E51
Pillow:  R29 R27 R24 R22
Bath Tub:  C2 C1 C0 C00 Blender Pen

I have used lots and lots of glitter on the bubbles
The image has been outlined with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink
The papers have been edged with Black Soot Distress Ink

And that's it.  A quick and easy card to make.

I hope you all have a wonderful week.  Thank you for stopping by.

Take care

TGF Riley...

Good Morning, well the kids are back to school this week...so maybe a little more crafty time for me. I did however get a little time and here is what I made...

Here is a card from me using The Greeting Farm Riley stamped onto Craftwork Cards Digital Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E15/E17/E18/E19
Clothing - B91/B93/B95/B97/Y32/Y28/C3/C5
The papers are all Teresa Collins Everyday Moments layered using Bazzill cardstock. I added some bling to finish off. I cut the fishtail shape using my craft knife, but you can also use a Die-namics Fishtail Flags Stax.
