Hi all!

Time flies and a lot has happend since last post. 

First of all, I won Susy's candy!!! Lucky me and the goodie has already reached my mailbox :)

And the other part not so fun, I took the desicion to step down from the Hanna & Friends team :'( At the moment I work alot and so I felt I neglected the team. But it has been a wonderful time and I'm so greatful for the time with this talented team. So if you are interested I know they are having a DT call, so take a look at their blog, here.
But the toughest of all, was when we found a lump under our dog, Kiwa's paw. The vet recommended that we removed it. So this Tuesday I left her at the vet for surgery, but I got her back already on the afternoon all drowsy after the anesthesia. Everything went well but now we have to wait and see what the test says. And now we have a recovery time ahead. Try to keep a flatcoated retriever calm, not that easy ;)
A couple of weeks ago we had a "Confirmation" (I don't know if the word with the same meaning exist in english) in our family. Both our youngest son and my sister's daughter had the confirmation on the same day but in different churches. So unfortunately we couldn't go to her confirmation.
But I made this book card for her using Magnolias church. Most of the papers are from Maja Design.
I made the inside using MS punch for the lacebord, Magnolia leafswirl die, heart from Pysseltagen, scalloped oval from Spellbinder and mini flowers from McGill ( I think). On the backside I punched out a Nellie Snellen die and stamped my personal stamp on it.

Another book card

It was a while since I made my first book card and I have been quite eager to do another one. But there is always something else that comes between :P

I actually made this one the last weekend but haven't got the time to post it. *sigh*

Well, here it is!

I decided to go for Edwin from the latest Christmas collection.

I colored him up with distressink on aquarelle paper and made a fir wreath around him. That seemed suitable as he walks through the woods.

The papers I chose are from Inkido and from the lovely Maja Design. I also decorated with flowers and some bells. The sentiments says Merry Christmas.

I went for the same papers on the inside, Maja Design and used both sides of the paper.

I punched out the edges (on the pages) with a Magnolia Doo Hickey die, and then used another Swedish sentiment from Panduro.

My plan is to put some yummy pieces of chocolate inside the "box". Sound delicious, doesn't it!

Bok-kort

Ett kort som jag har varit så imponerad av ett tag och som är såå fina är bok-korten.
När jag såg dem första gången tänkte jag att ett sådant kort kommer jag aldrig kunna göra. Men när jag såg beskrivningen vad det inte så svårt som jag trodde.
Jag har lånat beskrivning både hos Lena (Viddan) och hos Wenche.
Förresten så har Lena många bra tutorials som är roliga att göra. Det var hos henne jag hittade ramkortet som en del frågade efter i förra inlägget.
Som frontfigur fick Tilda in the garden, från senaste kollektionen "You are so special", spela en roll. Det jag gillar mest med henne är att hon är så användbar. Funkar till de flesta kort.
Idag blir det ingen materiallista men om det är något ni är nyfikna på är det bara att hojta till ;o)

Med detta kort tänkte jag vara med i veckans

Magnolia Down Under Challenge där utmaningen är Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Jag har återanvänt wellpapp.

Detta kortet hänger även med på 7 Kids Challenge som man faktiskt får vara med upp till tre gånger per utmaning. Och jag har verkligen utmanat mig själv med ett bok-kort ;o)

Så då är det väl bara till att hålla en tumme eller två.
