this little piggy went weeeeeeeeeeee!

running the 10k Dirty Dash
may have been one of the funnest
things ive ever done.
for reals!
it was so fun having bryton and christian there
watching and taking pictures.
and the race was totally worth my
black and blue 5 inch bruise on my shin.
and losing a contact when em hit me in the face with mud.


here we are all squeaky clean...

and we are all muddy...

this was just crossing the finish line.

tender times

went for a run tonight with my friend jamie
who is running the wasatch back on another team.
its fun running with someone now and again.
im feeling good and strong
cant wait for this weekend
but my knees are hurting...

running just as fast i can...

im starting to get so excited and nervous
to run this.
i wanted to do it last year with my sister erin
but life was a little crazy
getting used to becoming a working single mom.
but this year someone on her team dropped out
and i jumped at the chance.
its been so fun training and running again.
its making me want to do another marathon
really bad!
i have a friend and neighbor
{her name is lindsey too}
who is an amazing runner
that just graduated in health and nutrition
she put together a health/nutrition/exersize plan just for me
im a vegetarian and im trying to rid myself of sugar.
and i love it!
ive lost 7 lbs in the 2 weeks
ive been both running and doing her nutrition plan.
