Spring Colors at SCMC

It's time for another Challenge at Stamp and Create with Magnolia.
Our theme for the next 2 weeks is:

For some of us who have snowy cold winters, Spring colors would be anything but white or the color of snow! LOL! I get excited to see grass under melted snow, even if it's not green yet. And when it starts to turn green, I get that happy Springy feeling!

My card today features Meadow Daisy from the Summer Memories Collection. I colored the image using Copic Sketch Markers. I kept is simple to have the daisy as the focal point.

The inside of the card has one of my favorite sentiments and I really don't know the name of this stamp set. I bought the stamp set for only $1.99 from discount store.

Come and join us for chance to win a Magnolia Stamp of your choice! You can also see what my teammates have created for your inspiration when you visit the SCMC Blog.

We want to see Spring themed card (colors or stamps) with butterflies.  It can be an embellishment, a die cut, on paper or stamp. For as long as we can see a butterfly.

My card card for today features Tilda with Winding Flowers.  She is not from a spring collection but because of the flowers, I though she would be perfect for a Spring Themed card. For my butterflies, I used Magnolia DooHickey Swirly Butterfly

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I've colored her with Distress Ink Reinkers .

The DP is from a Scrap Cake Collection and I also used a paper doily

For the inside, I used a older stamp just for an accent.

Summer Colors for Just Magnolia

It's officially summer! But I'm glad that the weather has mellowed down a bit from last week. Hopefully this week we'll keep it all in the 80's.

So it's Friday once again and another challenge at Just Magnolia and Hanglar & Stamplar! Out theme for this week is
It was hard for me to pick out summer color because there are lots to choose from. So what I did was base it on the DP or paper pad I was going to use for the project. And from there, I choose the colors I like.
My card for you today is features Key largo Tilda and I think she is one of my favorites from the Summer memories Collection.  I'll tell you why in a minute :)
So here's my card!

I colored her with Distress Ink Reinkers. Paper pad is from MLYB Splash! I will fill in the details of the ink I used a little bit later.

This is why Key Largo Tilda is my fave! LOL

Lazy Days of Summer at Tilda's Town

 Happy Friday  to all!
Today at Tilda's Town Challenges we have a new challenge for you.  The theme for this week is

Lazy Days of Summer
Summer is here! And Edwin is here to wish you the best this summer.
For my card today, I have Edwin in Miami from the Summer Memories Collection. I also used the beach background from Lazy Summer, a sand castle and seashell to create this summer scene.
I colored the image over a month ago with Distress Ink Reinkers. The DP is from Queen & Co and I really like the colors: bright green, blues, orange and yellow. I have used the other coordinating DP with my other summer themed projects because I kinda liked their summer color combo.

Tilda in Yellow

Hello Friends! I hope you all are enjoying your weekend or whatever is left of it. I just came home from Joann's ( a local crafts store).  They were having 50% off on all their scrapbooking stuff and I just had to go. LOL

For my card today, I used an image from the Summer Memories Collection called Tilda with Magnolia Branch.  I paired this image with the Magnolia Tree and a bench. I colored it with Distress Ink Reinkers and Markers. The sketch is from TOMIC #50 Challenge. I had to be a bit minimalist with this card and limit my embellishment so the sketch can be seen. I was sooooo tempted to put some more rolled-up flowers...I had to restrain myself! LOL!!!  My image was way too big and I had to figure out a way to layer the papers based on the sketch. I know it's a bit plain and simple...but, I hope you like it.  :)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

For the inside of the card, I used the same sketch with only a stamped image of the Magnolia tree.

My hand made flower using a roll up flower die from MFT Die-namics.
Aside from the TOMIC #50 Challenge, I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by blog and I hope you visit again soon!
