Turtle Tuesday...

Todays card shares another Animal/Creature Image from Some Odd Girl

This one is Sea Turtle

He reminds me of the little guy from Finding Nemo

When I was looking for sentiments on google, I came across this one and thought it was perfect for this little guy. I coloured him with Spectrum Noir Markers and mounted him to my card using 3d glue gel. I decided to make a background from some coredinations cardstock, I used the layer dies from the middle of the circle accordion die from Crafter's Companion to create the sun - I embossed the middle part with the petite dots folder - I used this on the road too. I snipped at the grass and added some Crystal Clear Sparkle Pen to the sun, the clouds are from Die'sire and my card base is Centura Pearl.

Miserable Monday...

Well not me - My card lol

This kitty just makes me smile! I know its a cat but it kinda makes me look at it and say " like a bear with a sore head" the kinda look I give out when I am really really really NOT in the mood lol - worst still you can imagine some Diva cats looking like this in that thing we call Real Life- That in itself is like a swear word! -  HAHAHA

I did say yesterday I brought a few Animals from Some Odd Girl and this is another

Honestly I had so much fun colouring this image up! he is faberooney

I used my Spectrum Noir markers to colour him and mounted him to my card using 3d glue gel. The papers are from the 12 x 12 Floral Delights Paper Pad range from Sara Davies at Crafter's Companion - these are delightful papers! I matted using kraft card and matt black card. I used the Textures Embossing folder Basket Weave - you will find this over in the Crafter's Companion Shop. The sentiment I think is from Simply Betty Stamps - sorry not 100% and the sentiment on the inside which no surprise I did not take a pic of is from Penny Black - It says - if you don't like my attitude...Get a dog - I think I may make another and use that on the outside too :)

She called me Pugly...

Hehehehehehehehe

So I saw this image over on facebook and hotfooted it over to get it from Some Odd Girl

I absolutely fell in love with some of the animals - so it would have been so wrong not to have brought some - I have been having a blast colouring them up :)

This one is called Puggle

I asked my Facebook friends for a few Pug quotes - I liked all the suggestions - so you may well see a Pug Overload on my blog soon looooooooooool

Its Sunday which means Mum bombs round the house day - beds stripped, ironing done, baths, hairwashes, roast dinner, Floors washed, Rubbish taken out, bins emptied, cleaning the whole shabangalang so I have a clear week to craft when the kiddies go to school Monday lol

Anywhoo...

On to my card

My card blank is made from Centura Pearl which is roughly 5 X 7 inches - I love this size of card

I printed my Puggle onto smooth card from That Craft Place and coloured him up with Spectrum Noirs - I cut him out and mounted him to my card with 3d glue gel. The diecuts he is on are from the centre of the accordion circle die set, and the papers are from the 12 x 12 Downton Abbey paper pad - boy oh boy this pad is totally amazeballs! I love love love it! The sentiment (Thanks to my friends) was computer generated. I used a piercing ruler to pierce around the edges - the little paw on the inside is a stamp I own I think from Hobby Art but its years old and I can't remember - sorry. The embellies are from  my stash :)
