Baby Card

Good Morning. Thank you for your comments on here and on Facebook about yesterdays cards! It was one of those cards that I was very pleased with myself too! Today I am sharing a card I made a while back for my new baby Niece who was born prematurely. When a new seasonal catalogue comes out it’s easy to forget about the wonderful main catalogue and the fab items we have in there and I just LOVE this cute little stamp from the Bundled Baby set.
It’s a small enough image for it to be not too difficult to colour in with the Blendie pens.
Of course I added some Pink Pirouette Seam Binding ribbon on this card as it was crying out for a pink bow!
Short and sweet today, just like the card (hopefully). I’d better get dressed and get on with my work today.

Movie Monday

Good Morning. Today I am sharing something a little different with you. A VIDEO! I am hoping to share a video every Monday with you, hence the title Movie Monday. I do have to rely on my tech guy (Ross) to put my videos together once I have filmed them!

Todays video I share how I use the Blendabilitie pens. I did record this video a while ago so some of the info is wrong and the house stamp is now retired but the technique is still there for you to see.
I hope to get better with my videos in time so please bear with me for now!

So talking of Blendabilitie Pens I came up with this design that you could make with a bundle of products which would qualify you for a FREE pack of Blendie pens during SAB

For £47.85 you would get the supplies to make the card above plus you could choose the Calypso Coral pens for FREE. The bundle includes 7 products, including your freebie. Please note you would need white card. This has not been included in the cost of the bundle.

If you prefer a little more embellishment on your cards then you could add ribbon and some punches.
 Here are the cards together.
Anyone purchasing this bundle can order as normal through myself or through my store and I will be creating a video just for people who purchase this bundle from me.

Sharing on Sunday!

Good Morning! Bit of a lie in this morning as we went to watch my lovely friend and dance partner Paulo in his panto! He was an ugly sister in Cinderella and OMG I know I am biased but he was SO funny! Very proud of him!

This past week has been quite a busy one for me as all my classes are now back in full swing after a few weeks of much needed rest. Last Saturday I had 19 of my team at training, on Tuesday I had 7 ladies at BYOP (bring your own projects), on Friday I had 12 ladies at Stamp a Stack (photo below) and on Saturday I had 12 ladies at Technique and Scrapbook Club. Busy busy!!! I am loving being back to my classes, it was a bit of a shock to the system but I am proud that I didn’t forget to bring anything and that the weather over the last week didn’t cause any problems either! We managed to dodge the snow! Today I thought I would share a few pics from my weekend classes. If you are on my Facebook page then you will know that I share a lot of photos of my classes, projects and preps. If you are not on my Facebook page then please head on over and give me a like! If you are anything like me I love seeing pics of peoples craft rooms and behind the scenes things, as well as projects so I do share photos of things like this!
You will often see photos of my pile of bags that I take to class! There looks a lot here but this was for my Stamp a Stack and 12 ladies made 12 cards each so yep, thats 144 cards made so I do need quite a bit of gear!
The worse part of doing the Stamp a Stack is the unpacking!! This was part of my craft den on Saturday morning as I battled to unpack all my things and turn around and pack my bags for my afternoon class on the Saturday. Luckily most of it was prepped, I just needed to take out the things we needed from the night before!
After a couple of hours I was sorted and my floor looked OK again!
Then I was ready for the Saturday afternoon Scrapbook and Technique Clubs.
I always like to do a display at my classes and my ladies like to take photos of my makes.
If you would like to come to a class then please do get in touch with me. I know some people are often worried about attending somewhere new for the first time but I promise you a warm welcome and a lot of assistance if you need it. Here are a couple of my classes coming up that still have spaces left on them

2 places left on this small class using the Blendie pens.
12 places left on my All Day Event on 14th March, Making 24 cards in one day
Have a great Sunday

Love is Kindness Team Swaps

Hello there and happy Sunday! I LOVE my Sundays! When I was at school I used to hate Sundays, in particular Sunday evenings as I always had that back to school feeling. I didn’t particularly hate school but I always had that dreaded “Sunday night feeling”. But now, working in a job that I love I no longer have the Sunday Night Feeling and I love my Sundays.

Anyway back to crafting. Yesterday I ran our Quarterly Team Training event with my lovely girls and we had a great day of business talks, catching up, crafting with the new Spring/Summer and just a general nice get together. It’s traditional at our events to swap cards so we get lots of different ideas. You make the required number of cards for the people attending and then we swap with each other giving out one of our makes to each person. I have been enjoying colouring the Love is Kindness stamp so I decided to use this on my swaps.
I sat on Thursday night watching TV and colouring 20 of these tags with the Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi and Pink Pirouette Blendabilitie pens. The background is the new embossing folder from the Spring/Summer Catalogue and the tag was punched out with the new Ornate Tag Topper punch.
The stamp is just one stamp but I have cut the sentiment off so I have the option of using it seperately if I want to, or I can choose to have another sentiment. I did really enjoy making these swaps and got some lovely ones in return. If you would like to join us at our next training event all you need to do is join up with me!
Back tomorrow with some more makes from training.
