Happy New Year

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends and Santa left you all some lovely craft goodies.

Today I am sharing my Cheery Lynn Designs DT New Year card to coincide with this weeks Festivities as we enter 2015.

I started by mounting cream and gold card together which I have distressed at the edges with my distress tool for a shabby worn look.

My clock you will see I also went around the edges of the Angel Wing with my tool. I added lots of sparkle from gems and put the hands of my clock to just after midnight to symbolise the start of the New Year.

My glasses also had sparkling gems added to symbolise the bubbles in the Champagne.

I would like to wish everyone a Creative 2015.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year card

Hello Everyone, thanks for stopping by today.
This week I have gone a bit Christmassy again with my Cheery Lynn DT card but this time incorporating the New Year onto it.

My wine glasses, bottle and New Year are from their latest release. I mounted my glasses and bottle onto different coloured card, fussy cut around and added some bling. I sanded the paper slightly on my wine glasses and bottle for a shabby feel.

My Happy New Year was layered twice with different colours of card to add dimension.

My Poinsettias I layered up and sprayed with a little gold mica spray for added sparkle. The flourishes I kept some complete and others I cut in half and added into areas of my card to accent.

Thanks again for all your comments, I hope to be back on Monday with my CCC3 Challenge project as just about finished it.

Celebration Card

Hello Everyone, for my Design Team card this week at Cheery Lynn Designs I have made a card showcasing the New Release die - Pour the Wine.

I cut out my wine bottle and backed onto silver paper which I fussy cut around. I then applied lots of little gems into the centre of the flowers and a little sticker on to it. My wine glasses were cut out and I then placed a little colour core paper behind and fussy cut too, adding some bling to finish.

My rose was made with bazzill card stock and the Large Rose die.

Thanks for stopping by my Blog today. I am off on Holiday today for two weeks but still have my posts scheduled for going up. I hope to still catch up with your blogs while away.
