My October Calendar

I made this from a kit from CottageArts. It fits in a CD case & sits on my desk. This is our church's memory verse for this month. I've prayed it a lot in the last couple of days... as Mark was in the hospital & having his appendix removed... as I was in the dentist chair today. :-) I don't think that was what Isaiah meant when he wrote this, but I felt better today as I "sang" this in my head while I was getting my filling! Our verse for the month.  And to clear up the photo from the last post.  My mother is the one on the left.  Her mother, "Granny" to us, is the one on the right.  I'd guess that this was taken in '59 or '60?  Maybe Momma could give us a closer date?  I found the photo in the box of Granny's stuff that I scanned at Christmas.

Psalm 73:26

Our church works together on memorizing a scripture every month.  Glenn wrote a song for every verse and he worked on recording them this week.  They should be available in our bookstore soon.  I thought I'd work on some photo reminders for me.  This was our February verse.
