What am I in for

So you can clearly hear how proud Justin was of Laney in this video. I only wish I had my response recorded when I watched this for the first time! My Missy Mae is such a dare devil! Good or bad I have a wild ride ahead of me with my two girls and their crazy Daddy.

She is our Sunshine our little Sunshine

On August 14th we had a wonderful celebration for Ellie Jean. She turned one years old and we had a sunshine themed party for her. I have called her sunshine since she was born and since her birthday is in August it was the perfect theme. We had all of our loved ones there and the day was just perfect! 
 I had a dessert bar of lemon bars (thanks Mom they were delicious as always), sun shaped sugar cookies, and sunshine cakes.

I was very happy with the way the cakes turned out! I thought they were super cute...

Justin made a big slip and slide for the kids to play on. They were on it all day!! Ellie even joined in on the fun!

Next up was the pinata, cake and presents...

 

 

We had such a wonderful day and want to thank EVERYONE who was there to love Ellie on her special day!!!

Happy 30th birthday to my one TRUE LOVE

SO this feels weird. My husband is 30. Yes 30! How can that be? I seriously still feel like two 17 year olds that are playing house. Well, this wonderful Man of mine has reached a new milestone in life. He has brought our family to a wonderful place. I am so proud of who he has become in the past few years. He is truly my best friend and I am so lucky to have him in my life.

October

I have been so bad a posting pictures the past two months so I am going to start with the most current and go back here and there to get in some big events that have past.

A visit to the local pumpkin patch...

San Clemente

We went camping with our camping partners Jason, Tracy and baby Juliette Dinkle in June. Jason got us a big amazing ocean front camp site at San Clemente State Beach. We camped for 3 days and had so much fun. The girls LOVED being outside and the tent was the favorite hang out spot. Here are some pictures we got!
