We went to these beautiful lagoons that had water so clear and warm. Here Laney met a little friend. We were so glad she met her because she was the one who finally got Laney to play in the sand! Up until this point she would freak out if she was sandy. Not anymore!
We went out that night to a Japanese restaurant that David had told us about. The food was so good. We had this amazing seared tuna appetizer. I wish I had some now!
This was the morning of our second to last day. It was one of my favorite days on the Island. I hope megan and kristen you don't take this the wrong way, because it was the day we spent it with just us flood's! We just had a really peaceful day. Justin let this day be about whatever I wanted. So we started off with breakfast. Laney was showing us her spoon trick...
and we were being a bunch of goofballs...
Then we went to Waikiki beach and spent most of the day playing in the sand and swiming in the gorgeous water. Erica, does this spot look familiar?Hooray for getting sandy!!!
pretty picture spot
check out Laney's awesome combover!
Eggs 'n' Things!!!
We attempted eating here all week long. It was always really crowded, so we saved it for the last breakfast of the trip. And it was so worth waiting for. Justin and I thought it was the best food of the trip and we even bought cocnut syrup and a tshirt for Justin there.
The three of us decided to go for one last swim in the ocean before having to go home that afternoon. It was so hard to tear myself out of the water. I hated not knowing when I'd be enjoying it again! This picture of us just makes me laugh...
Love this one of Laney running from the water.
Thanks everyone for the wonderful memories. It is a vacation we will never forget!
