Freebie Friday

Yes it's that time of the week again and Jodie has once again out done herself :)  This week you get THREE free images; one this darling little girl sock monkey, a really cute Easter Chick and the other is a beach bum frog.  Aren't they the cutest? and the best part is you have until next Friday to grab them before they're gone!  So what are you waiting for, get your butt over to the store and grab them up!!!

For my card today I choose the girl sock monkey and went very simple on the card.  I wanted to get the pink on her bands to stand out more and went with a very "girlie", yet simple theme.

Today is new release day and Jodie has two new sets for you to choose from and can you believe I actually had time to make a card with both of the LOL

The first card uses the adorable little Easter bunny and I'm sure there will be others just as cute.

The second card uses the elegant Easter egg and I know I can't wait to see what the others look like.

Hello Birdie!!!

I can finally say that I am happy that last week is over! That is definitely the hardest time of the year for me and now life can get back to normal :)

For those that don't know, last week marked the two year anniversary of my mom's death and was also her birthday. She died unexpectedly two days after her 65th birthday.

With that I have great news to share with you but I can't until Thursday, so hold on tight...I know I'm still jumping! LOL

Anyway for this week, Lindsay wanted us to create something with a Nature/Outdoor theme and I knew right off that I wanted to use this little bird scene from the Pretty Primitive set found here. The papers are from my stash and thought it looked pretty cool with the back framing everything...what do ya think?
