Last week I created a very cute set of 3x3 note cards (you can see the post here). Well this week I created this very cute matching tote for them using the Aquatic Fantasy Set from Artful INKables. The layout of the tote is exactly like the cards and will hold around 6-8 cards inside. I will post instructions on how to make this sometime this weekend.
I've been published!!!

Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop
Welcome to the fifth installment of our monthly Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop. This group was created for Magnolia lovers who want to get a jump on the Christmas season by creating a Christmas card each month. If you are visiting this blog hop, I hope it will inspire you to get ahead of the holiday season and join us in our endeavor.
The blog hop will start at Christmas All Year Long Magnolia-licious Yahoo Group. If you get lost, the list of all players will appear on that blog. From here, you will go to Tracey's Blog. If you get lost along the way start back at the Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog to find the complete list of participants.
If you find a stamp along the way that you just have to have, Magnolia-licious is a great resource for Magnolia stamps! They have a great selection and great service.
My card today uses Wrapped Tilda. I am new to the Magnolia stamps and I'm seeing how addicting they are :)
Supplies:
Image-Wrapped Tilda (Magnolia)
Paper-Eskimo Kisses (Basic Grey)
Sentiment-Eskimo Kisses (Basic Grey)
Ribbon/Rhinestones-stash
Copics: G20, G21, R81, R83, R85, R20, B91, B83, E00, E34, E25, E27

Whimsy Stamps Design Team Call
Have you seen the stamps over at Whimsy? They are just adorable! So when I saw that they were having a design team call I thought I would try out for it. One of the requirements for the application was to post three of our favorite projects.
So my first one is a layout of Abby at the pumpkin patch. Everything about this layout came together perfectly and I had so much fun putting it together. Looking at this again, reminds me that I need to get working on her scrapbooks. She was one here and is now three--oops :)
The second item I choose to show is my first card for Bugaboo Stamps. I love the pastel colors of the paper and how elegant it looks.
The third item I choose is this easel card box that I created for The Greeting Farm's team challenge. During this challenge I wanted to push myself and create something that I had never done before and this was the outcome. The box ended up becoming a prized possession of a little girl who was told it was her "secret box" and each drawer held her secrets that only her and the little girl on the top knew about--how cute!
and I'm going to throw in a couple more that rank up there as well :)

Unmounted stamp storage
For me trying to find the right kind of storage for any of my items is a never-ending battle. I am limited to the corner of my bedroom so I need something that has tons of functionality and takes up a limited amount of space. I have been storing my unmounted stamps in baseball card sleeves inside a binder, it works but if they are a little bigger than the individual slot I have to alter two to make it fit. Like I said it works but I just haven't been happy with it. I have also bought the panels that the stamps stick too...not my favorite as they kept falling off.
So on to my newest try :) I recently joined Memory Works and they have these page protectors from We R Memory Keepers that have different size slots in them, so I got the 4x4 pack. I love them!! The best thing too is they are only $5.50 for 10 pages! I had an 3-ring album already so that wasn't an issue (I'm sure you could use post bound albums as well) but each page will hold 9 stamps so that is 90 stamps you can get out of one package!!
Right now I only have my Greeting Farm stamps in there but I'll be adding my Victoria Case one's in there as well. I cut a 4x4 piece of white cardstock and stamped the image on it, afterwards I wrote down the name of the stamp (for reference).

Victoria Case Blog Candy
Victoria has a new release coming up at SCACD on the 28th and she is offering some awesome candy over at her blog. One lucky winner will receive the entire release! I am so crossing my fingers for this one as I just love Victoria's images and artwork (if you ever want a custom drawing, I DEFINITELY recommend checking her site out!).
