Make a Wish by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Greetings my friends!  Hope you are all well.  The theme this week on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog is:

PINK/PEARLS

Since I love the colour pink and pearls, I decided to use both for my DT card.  The gorgeous image I chose is Make a Wish by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

I coloured the image with my trusty Copic markers, and I drew the simple background.  The little pearls are from my stash.

If you would like more inspiration, be sure to check out the creations by the other design team members here.  And, as always, there are some fabulous prizes to be won.  We would love it if you joined our challenge.

There is also a Facebook group called The Paper Shelter Fan Group.

Thank you for visiting.  Take good care of yourselves.  I wish you a lovely day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Tricycle Gnome by Conie Fong

Hello friends, and Happy Valentine's Day!  I hope you are all doing well.  I love the fact that the days in my part of the world are getting longer.

Today, I am sharing my DT card which I made for Conie Fong's current Facebook challenge.  This adorable little gnome is Conie Fong's "Tricycle Gnome".  He comes in both the JPG and PNG formats.  What fun he's having!

I just had to draw a path for this cutie.  The scene and image are coloured with Copic markers and FC Polychromos pencils.  I applied clear Wink of Stella to the butterfly's wings and I also added two drops of Liquid Pearls (Buttercup) to the body.

I hope you join in the fun.  I wish you a lovely week, and I thank you for visiting.  Hugs, Lori xx

Koala Hugs by All Dressed Up Stamps

Hello friends!  I was lucky enough to be a Guest Designer for three months on the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog.  That said, this is my third and final card.  It was so much fun to be part of that blog.

Our sponsor this month is All Dressed Up Stamps.  I am featuring the adorable "Koala Hugs" image, found here:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/768791864/koala-hugs

This adorable image was coloured with both Copics and Polychromos.  The leafy border was too long for the card so I cut it up so that it fits nicely on the slimline card.

Thank you for visiting.  It's very appreciated.  Have a happy day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Gnome Gift by Conie Fong

Hey there, friends!  I hope you are all doing well.  Today, I am sharing my slimline card, as DT for Conie Fong, which I created for her monthly Facebook challenge. See here:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/396730687168777/?multi_permalinks=1779920055516493

I used one gnome ("Gnome Gift"  #3) from Conie's Christmas gnomes bundle, found here:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/880719854/sale-digital-stamp-digi-stamp-digistamp?ref=shop_home_active_43

I love these cute mythical creatures, especially Conie's gnomes.

Slimline cards are all the craze now.  At first, I really did not like them very much but they are starting to grow on me.  LOL  They fit into a regular #10 business envelope.  How convenient is that, right?

I coloured this darling little guy with Copics and Polychromos.

Thank you for visiting, and hope to see you again.  I always appreciate it.  Have a wonderful day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Garden Bouquet by Conie Fong

Hello there, friends.  I just love flowers!  That said, I am sharing my DT card showcasing the gorgeous "Garden Bouquet" image by Conie Fong, found in her etsy shop here:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/608124609/digital-stamp-digi-stamp-digistamp-conie?ref=shop_home_active_149

This image is not only beautiful but versatile as well and can be used for numerous occasions.  I have coloured this image before but I decided to use darker, bolder colours this time.

This is the inside of the card:

Copics and Polychromos were used to colour the image.  I cut a circle using the same background paper, embossed it and inked the edges and dots.  I applied Swarovski crystals to the bodies of the butterflies, and inked their wings so that they matched the flowers.

Conie's current Facebook challenge is still going on.  Why not join in the fun?  We'd love to see your creations. You may win some stunning images from Conie.

Thank you for visiting and I hope to see you again.  Enjoy your day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Hi friends!  Time for a brand new challenge on the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog:  http://lemonshortbreadchallenge.blogspot.com/
