Yay! It is Friday again!
This week my food trip entry is Rellenong Bangus. I love bangus (milk fish) whatever way it is cooked. I like it in sinigang, fried, paksiw and relleno.
This food was served at Ate Shirley's birthday party. She made the rellenong bangus herself and it was a very tedious job but it turned out to be perfect! Everybody loved it!
