El Rego & Son Ensemble Typique (1968)

El Rego recorded this EP around 1968. It is significant because it contains three titles with different styles and rhythms. I personally like bluesy "Bambino-Blue". This record has already been posted in 2009 on Worlservice and I think its vinyl's quality is better. It is up to you.

El Rego a du enregistré ce disque vers 1968. Il est très appréciable car les trois morceaux qu'il contient ont chacun leur propre styles. J'aime personnellement le blues de "Bambino-Blue". Ce disque a déjà été posté en 2009 sur Worldservice et je pense que la qualité de son vinyle est meilleure. C'est à vous de juger.

National Jazz du Dahomey: "Von Von Non Non" (1968)

"Von Von Non Non" est un très célèbre morceau de musique populaire et traditionnel du Bénin que Gnonnas Pedro a fait connaitre internationalement et que l'Orchestre Poly-Rythmo a remis au goût du jour dans son dernier album. Cet enregistrement a été édité, je pense en 1968, par Badejo's Sound Records en exclusivité pour le label Albarika Store.

Annassoua Jazz de Parakou

Annasoua Jazz Orchestra is from Parakou, which is loctaed in the north of Benin. This band used to be famous in Benin as Picoby Band was. The leader and the composer of the band is Alidou Boukari. I have no informations yet about him, i am working on it. This vinyl may be very rare, excuse its quality...
