Card front with acetate topper...
Card opened into an easel card...
Well warm temperatures and cardmaking don't fare well with me..so I've been behind with my cardmaking..Opted to give the Watercooler Wednesday's Christmas card challenge..with Kath's non traditional colours, and Just Add Ink's challenge~ Just add *A*..Here's my take on the challenges and I used the snowflake dies from Stampin Up's Seasonal Layers Thinlets..Not sure whether you're able to see the Just Add Ink's *A* challenge ~ acetate layer on the top half of the card with the floating snowflakes...really hard to photograph..I will need to remake this card in my most fave non traditional colour combo of pinks, silvers and kraft. Voila!
Deets: All Stampin Up except for snowman image and Merry Christmas sentiment, dsp and snowflake embossing folder..
EDIT: Penny from the Watercooler Wednesday Design Team picked my card for her Honorable Mention!! Great news to come home to after the back to back work gigs!
Thank you Penny and thanks to the Watercooler Wednesday's Non-Traditional Christmas Colours Challenge. :)
A Belated Happy Canada Day to all and hope you had a chance to participate in your local Canada Day celebrations!
Smiles.

Totally loving this Acetate card Sheri. Cool snowflakes, and your non-traditional colours work great. Those little snowman are pure fun and you've done a great job of colouring them. This is really a terrific card. Thanks for sharing it with us at the Watercooler Wednesday Christmas challenge this week.
Oh my, Sheri, what a wonderful easel card! Love that acetate topper and the way those snowflakes appear to hover in the air above the adorable group of snow-people. There is so much wonderful detail in your card that I keep finding more. The silver glimmer paper---great idea. Love the coloured rhinestones. The embossed snowflakes behind the snow-people. There is so much to love in this card. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
