I was organizing my shots from the last few months of photo shoots--so I thought I would share a few that I fancy.

Fun!!

Well we had another fabulous Christmas! Caleb was so much fun, and was definitely on toy overload--he wasn't sure what to play with next. Andrew yet again got me the best gifts,--but wait! He saved the best for last! We had finished opening all of our presents over at my parent's house, and we found out that the girls had one more! It turns out that all the guys had gotten something for all the girls in the family--so we all had to open the present, and in the box was a calendar with a pict of the Laguna Beach Cast (note:me and my sisters love Laguna, The Hills--ya know) on the front--which read: To Lori, Paige, Linds, and Shar--flip to March--we flipped to March and it said trip to Laguna Beach!! Andrew, Bri and my Dad found a super fab beach house in Laguna Beach, and booked it for a week, in the last part of March--first of April!! What is better than laying out at the beach and shopping! We were so excited,--it was such a fun surprise!

Yummy!

Best Choc Chip Cookies Ever...Promise!!
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brwn sugar
1/3 c Marg. or Butter softened
1/3 c shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c all purpose or whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg, Choc chips (I prefer milk)
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 375--mix sugar, butter, shortening, egg, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet--2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 min--or until very light brown. Enjoy! I would say sparingly--b/c I am sure these did not make the low fat list =)

Library Fun!

Today we ventured to the library for story time with my friend Ash and her cute kids Katelyn and Tate. Katelyn is Caleb's best little friend--they are so cute together--and it was her 3rd birthday today!! We had lots of fun--Caleb would not look at the camera--although...Zoee was way excited for the library--when we got home--somehow her little headband had managed to cover her eyes--I guess she didn't mind too much since she is snoozing.

Twilight Movie....

So these are the actors that will be playing the beloved Edward and Bella for the Twilight movie. I like who they picked to be Bella. This actress is pretty much how I pictured Bella while reading the book. "My" Edward looked a bit different-- He was a lot better looking--more Ralph Lauren model or something like that--but I think this dude actually looks like a vampire..(he was in the Harry Potter movies)...hmmm..I probably would have picked someone different. Hopefully he can live up to Edward in the movie. I am interested to see if this movie can even come close to how fabulous the book is. What do you think of these two???
******I looked up Robert Pattinson on google and saw some clips of him in other movies--like Vanity Fair, and he looks pretty hot--so maybe there is some hope for Edward after all....He also British--gotta love an accent*****

Zoee's Birth Announcement

Picture Crazy...

I have been taking Zoee's picts ever since we got home from the hospital. I just keep all my stuff up, so when I have some extra time we go do a few shots. The problem is, now I think I have too many to choose from! I am not sure which ones I am going to put on my announcement...hmmm...I am sure I will figure it out. I cannot believe that she is going to be 2 weeks this Wed. It seems like she has been with us for a lot longer. She is such an amazing baby. She is an awesome sleeper, and doesn't even really cry. She is just super laid back. I have been just utterly enjoying this time where she is so tiny! I think with your second baby you can just relax more and just cherish every moment--whereas with your first you are so stressed about every little thing--funny.
Things I love about my Zoee girl
*her delicious smell
*when I put her on my shoulder she curls her little legs up in a ball--my fav
*her softer than soft skin, and down feather dark hair--I think she has more than me!
*when she is awake and just taking everything in.
*all her little features--little bum, and bird legs--of course the feet!
*all the little grunts and noises she makes
*when she is hungry and I put her up to my face and she bobs back and forth
*Most of all I am just so grateful that she is healthy, and a part of our family. I am seriously overwhelmed at how blessed I am to have 2 amazing kids and an awesome husband that is so helpful and loving!

Holiday Fun!!

This weekend we went and picked out a fresh tree at this super cute place. Caleb had so much fun helping decorate--Zoee liked to look at the lights too. Then we got tons of snow and Caleb had to go out with Dad--even without the proper attire =) They had so much fun playing--we found out really fast that whenever there is snow Caleb is out there eating it, throwing it, you name it. Fun weekend!

We made it home!!

We are finally home! It feels so good to get out of the hospital. Everything went so well, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I had such a better experience this time around--no sickness after the c-section, and it was just great. I am feeling good, and healing well. Still a little sore of course. Zoee is such a doll. I have to laugh everytime I look at her, because she is so stinkin cute. I love all her jet black hair, she is the best. She has been such a easy going, nice little girl. She is awake a bit more, and likes to take everything in. Caleb is very involved, and wants to hold her and baby talks to her--so cute. I will make this short, because I am needing to lay down, but I will update soon!! Here are a few picts from our stay at the hospital...I am sure I will be taking her picts pretty soon here, so I will post some of those =)
