Another doctor's appointment today, fortunately it is nothing fatal, went to Warka afterwards for lunch...

The Lentil Sambussa was fantastic...

the Vegetarian Sampler was good, but not as great as Enat in Alexandria...

Wegmans Beefless Burgers and Oven Fries for dinner....

Happily staying home tomorrow. Bye for now.

Usual take-to-work breakfast..

Lunch was a sampler of the veggie items on the buffet at Warka. Displayed on a bar stool at the restaurant while I was waiting to pay.

TJ's Crispy Tenders with Heinz-57 and Corn on the Cob for dinner. Lunch was way too much food, so no dessert again.

Coming up tomorrow: WFH, so the rest of the Pancakes for breakfast.

Thursday, February 9th

Usual breakfast...Lunch was carryout Ethiopian from Warka. A coworker interrupted my photography session and started asking why I was taking pics, so this is the best shot I could get.

All the Ethiopian food was super filling, so I skipped dessert and just had the other half a slice of Hazelnut Cake from Vegan Treats.

I was still craving Ethiopian so lunch was more Miser Wot from Warka.

Tofurky Italian Sausage on Rice & Beans with Roasted Cauliflower & Brussel Sprouts for dinner.

Dessert was a tough decision, I finally went with a couple old CranCrazies.

I'm still unable to get my images and text in order but this is Miser Wot (Spicy Lentils) alongside Collard Greens & Cabbage. I used to go to Warka all the time a few years ago, but it started to give me heartburn. Today's lunch really hit the spot! It was extremely delicious with no ill effects.
