I used my favorite bright colors using alcohol ink markers. Stickles were applied to the flames and "sprinkles" were created with 3D liquid paint.
I created my card using the top row of the optional bingo grid. The digital image was layered onto older papers in my stash from Doodlebug Take Note paper pad. I used my favorite "Bright" colors and Beccy's freebie digital image.

Your card is fabulous Cynthia! I love the wonderful bright colours you used, they're perfect for a birthday celebration. The background paper is fabulous too and gives a wonderful contrast for the image. I like the way you did the flames with the shiny stickles. Well done!
