Di's Digi Design Challenge - Make It Funny

 

I'm joining a couple of challenges this evening ... both require making it funny.  I need a birthday card for my sister-in-law and thought Di's Puppy Pal digital image would work perfectly.  

This little group of critters certainly look as though they were caught in the act!  But, who could scold this sweet pup?

The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers.  Gina Marie stitched square die was used to cut the image panel then layer onto papers from Pebbles Garden Party paper pad.   The digital sentiment was part of a set created by From the Heart (sadly, no longer in business).

Di's Digi Design Challenge - Loads of Flowers

 

We are finally seeing Spring-like weather in Alaska!  It's so refreshing to see the daffodils and tulips in bloom.  So, I couldn't resist using Di's adorable Puppy Pals for this week's Loads of Flowers challenge.

I printed the image onto water color paper and used Peerless water colors and Tombow markers to color the image.  

The 5.75 inch square card base was in my stash and worked perfectly for the die cut layers and floral accents.  Designer papers are from Pebbles Garden Party and sentiment is Paper Smooches.
