The Bugaboo Design Team is back with a new bi-weekly sketch.  This is a fun and versatile sketch. Hope you will grab your favorite Bugaboo digital image and join the fun!

My card features the adorable Dottie Crafting from Bugaboo. The image was colored with Copic Markers with rhinestones added for her earrings.  The coordinating Scripture is from a Verve Stamps set called Scripture Medley 1.

My card started by printing the image onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White cardstock.  The image was colored with Copic markers and layered onto design papers from my stash.  I'm using this week's freebie image Rose Watering Can.  You can download the image HERE.

The card was finished with seam tape ribbon and paper flower embellishment.

My card features the adorable Monkey Love - Balloon image.  I started with a partial stenciled base with distress ink.  The panels are both card stock and washi tape.  The image was colored with Copic Markers and Stickles were applied to the heart accents.

Catch the Bug Challenge - Stella Says Sketch #602

Thank you to everyone who participated in Bugaboo's 8th Birthday Bash this past week!  It was so fun to see the variety of bright and bold birthday projects. Be sure to watch for the winners list soon!

Today we have a new sketch challenge up on the blog.  My card features Mouse Hearts.  It was colored with Spectrum Noir and Copic Markers.  The sentiment is from Sweet 'n Sassy.  An embossed card base from the Paper Studio and twine finish the card. 

This card will be going into my stack for the Cards From the Heart Card Drive sponsored by Winter Sims and her family.  They are collecting Valentine Cards for distribution to patients at local hospitals, foster homes and a nursing home.

I'm also sharing with Cards for A Cause over at Splitcoast Stampers.  They are sponsoring Winter's card drive for the month of January.

Catch the Bug - Stella Says Sketch #601

Welcome to the first Stella Says Sketch Challenge of 2018!

We have a really versatile and fun sketch for you this time.  Of course, you don't have to use Bugaboo on your project but we love it when you do.

My card features the adorable Polar Bear image (grab him for $1!) which was printed onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White, colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  

The card base was made using the smooshed ink technique with Tim Holtz distress inks.  A Country Landscape die cut from Memory Box and digital sentiment from Create with TLC were added.  Finally, acrylic paint was splattered onto the base using a toothbrush to get the really fine "Snowy" effect.

The Bugaboo Design Team is back

today with a new sketch!

My card features an image from

the Bugaboo shop which is perfect

for your Fall projects called

Autumn Jar.

The image was printed onto Stampin' Up!

Whisper White cardstock and colored

with Copic Markers.  It was then die cut

with Spellbinder rectangle dies

and Mustard Seed distress ink

sponged on the background.

I layered the image onto coordinating

papers from Pebbles Woodland Forest

paper pad.  A machine stitched border,

organdy ribbon and gems complete 

the card.  The sentiment is from 

Verve Stamps Bountiful Harvest set.

I have created a very clean and simple

 version of the current sketch.

The digital image was printed onto

Stampin' Up! Whisper White 

card stock and colored with Copic Markers. 

Dandelion Memento ink was sponged

onto the stencil from Stencil Girl Products

and the sentiment is from a retired

Stampin' Up Set "Many Thanks".

Washi Tape from my stash was
used for the side panel.

Prismacolor Pencils and Spectrum Noir.

The image was layered onto designer papers

from Embellish by Dena.  A machine stitched 

border and DIY enamel dots finish the card.
