I used Pinguino double sided polka dot green paper for the background and more green cardstock to mat it.

To embellish it I made a little bouquet with three fabric flowers (pink, purple and yellow) and green baker's twine, in one of the corners I placed a heart button... I hope you like it!

Better with Friends

Hello and happy Wednesday!
Today I want to show you a card I made for the freebie challenge at Imagine That!

The image is Jenn 'n Friends and I colored it with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils. I used glitter for the snow and the fur. I placed the image on a purple cardstock mat.

I used one of the sentiments that comes in the set, I think this is a good way to say thanks to a special friend (preparing for Valentines). The dp in the background is Sarabooks Amethyst.

To embellish it I used a couple of swirls (Sizzix die cut) in purple and white and some purple rhinestones. Some metallic snowflakes with more rhinestones and a purple ribbon and made a bow. (Yes, the ribbon is purple, but I don´t know why, in the picture looks blue...!)

Hedgehog friends

Hello! Hope you are having a good weekend there, we are having awesome weather (34°C!!!!) and today a good friend's birthday...
I would like to show you a card I made for the freebie challenge at Imagine That:

I colored the image with Koh-i-noor aquarelable pencils and cut it out to match the sketch for the layout.

I used dp that I won in a candy but don't remember the brand, I also used green Folia cardstock. I used a corner punch and a special scissors for the upper border.

As embelishments I  used green ribbon and with some cardstock and punches made three flowers and also some rhinestones for the centers.

JUST A NOTE: I love hedgehogs... we had one about 10 years ago: one night walking our dog, she started playing as it was a ball, first we didn't know but then we realise she find a little hedgehog and we took it home... The hedgehog was named "Bolita" (little ball in Spanish) and we released it a few months later when we traveled and couldn't take care of it anymore in our friend's garden. They are not cuddable, but they are cute. (If you don´t know what to give them to eat, just buy some cat's food, they like it and it's ok for them.)

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
