Thanksgiving 2

Hello!
How are you doing? I still feel tired... as I told you before, last night I went to bed very late trying to finish some cards a friend asked me to do for Thanksgiving. I made four very simple cards for her and this one is the second one (scroll down and up to see the rest):

I used a freebie from Dearie Dolls (Mary Ellen has hundreds of cute images!!!) I colored it with acuarelable pencils and placed on a sky blue mat.

I used Printer Soyuz dp, skyblue cardstock.

As embellishment I used some scrap papers that I put aside to use and never comes the time to use... and a  leave punch that I don´t use to much and made two bunches of auttumn leaves...  I think it´s perfect for fall cards and I love how the leaves look in the corners of the images.

Hope you like this card :)

Challenges:

Deep Ocean: anything goes
Inky impressions: auttumn colors
Craft door: anything goes
Little red wagon: fallin' for you
Tuesday alchemy: anything goes
Use it Tuesday: all about fall (leave punch)

Digi Makeover #57 - Think Pink

Happy Monday everybody!!!!
How was your weekend? have you made any card for World Card Making Day? I did! (you can scroll down and see my three cards for the ocasion)
OK, today we have a new challenge at Digi Makeover Challenge blog: Think Pink! as October is Brest Cancer Awareness Month. Please, check them and be safe!!!

Today I made a card a little different for me, I didn´t use an image, only a sentiment: Courage is not. But I love this one!!!!!!! I distressed the edges with a pink ink pad and placed it on a pink mat.

I used papers I've got as a gift from a friend. These papers are chinese, I don´t know if they are for origami or cardmaking but they are so delicate and beautiful... I thought they are perfect for this card. {Don´t ask me the name, I don´t know Chinese :)} I also used some pink cardstock, I bought it in Argentina, but don´t remember the brand, (maybe Canson).

As embellishments I used three pink ringstone flowers. Then I made a bow with some pink ribbon and a sparkle heart.

Hope you like my card and play with us this week at Digi Makeover Challenge blog. See you there :)

Sweet little monster :)

Hello!
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, for me, this one was very productive as I made four cards (yes, four!!!) I made this card just because it was the weekend for Wold Cardmaking.

I have printed this Digi Garden cutie (it was a freebie at their FB page) a few days ago and colored it with  Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. And as I colored it before chosing the papers it took me ages to select the papers for my card :(... I don´t learn that is better to chose the papers before coloring....... I distressed the edges with a turquoise ink pad and placed it on a turquoise mat.

I used paper from three different companies, maybe more, Paper Soyuz, Nikki Estes, Folia and don´t know what else, besides the cardstok, two different tones of turquoise (can you notice it?)

The only embellishment is a big turquoise button with some green embroidery thread. Hope you like the result as I did. And come back tomorrow to see the last card I made during the weekend :)

I used purple cardstock and DCWV dp. The only embellishment I used is a ribbon with baby designs on it.

I hope you like my card :)

World Card Making Day 1

Hello everybody and happy Card Making day!!!!!!!

It was so hard to find the time today.... but I couldn´t go to sleep without making at least one card, this is the first one....

The image is from Pixie Dust Studio and I think is really cute (it was a freebie in FB fan group few weeks ago)... I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and placed on a blue-green mat.

I used cardstock, (the aqua one is Paper Temptress) and scraps dp from a card I made three weeks ago for Jen´s blog hop, but I love that paper and think for a relaxing image goes really well.

The only embellishment I used it was some green ringstones. But I see my card a little bit naked... I don´t know if it needs a sentiment or flowers... something else... anyways, maybe later I will transform it a little bit :)

The sketch of this card is from Latina Crafter, today they had three sketches to play with and I used #3 for this card.

I am entering this card also to
Simon Says blog, World making day.

Happy Birthday... (to me!)

Hello!
Today is my birthday and to celebrate I made a birthday card (but it´s not for me, hahaha...)... Anyways, I had a wonderful day, with family and friends around. I thank God for one more year of life and joy with Him.

I love "Hippo Birthday", a Pholkart Blessings digistamp by Patti Moore. I colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils and placed it on a green mat.

I used Folia dp, two different birthday inspired Folia papers. I also used red and green cardstock. I used red ribbon to complete the sketch and I think my card is ready!

I hope you like my card...

Digi Makeover Challenge #55 - Anything goes

Hello!!!
Today, we have a new challenge at Digi Makeover, and this is a favorite one: ANYTHING GOES!!!!!!! The only thing we would like you to do is to use a digi stamp, that easy!
Today we have a guest designer, please, visit Donna here.

This is the card I made for this week's challenge:

I used "Moody for rock" and colored it with Koh-i-noor acuarelable pencils. And the sentiment is from Create with TLC, I think is very appropriate for my friend, who is awesome :).

I used dp The garden - Rosie's Studio, I also used some blue (or turquoise) cardstock and used Floral Fantasy folder for embossing and cut it with my sizzix and an oval sizzix die cut. Maybe it´s a little different than most of the cards around, as most challenges are auttumn and fall, but I come from Argentina where spring is just starting and as I told you few days ago, I am not ready for cold weather, hahaha.... I love spring weather!!! As embellishments I used some sparkling blings in blue (or turquoise) and a bigger orange one, I used yellow, orange and turquoise ribbon.

Hope you like my card and hope you join us this week in our challenge here.

I would like to enter this card to the following challenges:

Sketches by Carly: sketch # 65
Digi galore:  for a friend
Ladybug crafts: anything goes
Oozak: sparkle
Unique crafters: anything goes

Simon says: emboss it!
No matter which challenge: die cut or punches
