Together
Happy Wednesday! I’m up on the Reprint blog today with a card made of a paper I totally adore. Love, love, love the soft text pattern and the rose buds along the edges. I knew I’d use it at once I saw retrosketches #133.
The sentiment and butterflies are embossed with copper. Kept the design clean to let the paper and embossed stamps shine.
Here is the fab sketch:
I have a second card to share. I’ve been playing with my Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps. It was a long time ago and I’ve missed them. I teamed up a few of my favorite sets and had some fun.
I used this great sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches:
I’m also entering the card in Creatalicious Challenge – flowers. I meant to use a lot more flowers, but the clean gene hit me. On the other side, the one flower is the center. :)
Thank you for stopping by! Have a fab day!

Happy Heartfelt Day and Happy Halloween!!!
I have some exciting news to share today - I was accepted as a Heartfelt Creations Design Team Member for the coming 6 months! YAY for me!!!! :) And for the rest of the team! :) It's extra fun to see that some of my old HC friends are also on the team! I can't wait to get started properly. Next week I'll share the projects I did for the final round.
Since it's Halloween I thought I'd share a little card set with card holder I did a while back to send to a friend. Do you see the skeleton hands peeking out from under the coffin lids? Should have used a colored background...
The papers are from Pink Paislee and Crate (the orange) and the stamps and dies are from Prickley Pear. Used loads of distress inks on this project. The box holds three cards.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!!!

Vintage Wall Hanger
Hi folks!
Happy Monday! I have a special project to share today. Since this is my last post as a Prickley Pear Design Team member I thought I’d dig out my favorite stamps from the past three years and have some serious fun. :)
I ended up using Hibiscus 2 Clear Stamps Set and 50s Lady. (In close competition with Vine Flourish, Oak and Maple Leaf Clear Stamps Set and Mini Birds Clear Stamps Set). :)
I’m entering this in the Movement Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. I have a very clear eye route when looking on it, hope you do to, not finding it to busy! :)
I’m off to work in a bit and I’m super nervous. Me and my co worker are going to present the project we are working on for the University Board this morning. I’ll be happy when it’s over. Wish me good luck!
Thanks for stopping by!!!

Christmas Cards
‘Hi! Happy Saturday!!! Hope you are enjoying your weekend!
I will start enjoying mine in a few hours, after I’m done with cleaning the house. I so not like cleaning. It might come as a chock, but I do prefer making cards. :)
Riddersholm Design has released new fabulous winter papers A Christmas Story that comes both in full size and as 6x6 paper pad. I’m so happy about the new paper pads, I like the smaller size patterns when making cards. The colors of this new line is AMAZING! Check it out!
I so love the colors and the soft patterns tone in tone. The flower is a white Ink It Cherry Blosson that I colored with a mix of Aged Mahogany and Vintage Photo and water (and some glitter for the shine!). I experimented until the tone was right to go with the paper. Once happy with it I saved the mist for future use on coming projects with these papers and flowers.
The stamps are from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps. The sentiment is called Gift of the Season and the hexagon snowflake (which is a favorite of mine!) is from the Clearly Beautiful Ornament Set.
I used this lovely sketch from Try Stampin’ On Tuesday.
Next card is using the same paper pad as the first one. Couldn’t put it down, once I started… :)
The stamp is a new red rubber release from Prickley Pear. They will be up shortly in the web shop.
I played some with stickles and glossy accents to make the light and berries pop.
For this card I used Freshly Made Sketches #53. It’s a great one!
I’m also blogging these cards over at The Prickley Pear Blog. I’m stepping down after three years and it feels a little strange. I’ll have my last blog post with PPRS up on Monday. :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas Card Season…
…has officially begun at my place. I got some delicious new red rubber with winter/Christmas themes from Prickley Pear to work with this month. At once I started to make these cards, I realized just how much I’ve missed it!
Isn’t this scenery just wonderful?
I colored the image (which will be released soon) with Distress inks, except for the sky which is colored with metallic gelato which gives it a wonderful shine (which I couldn’t capture on the photo). Then I added some snow pen over the snow parts and it gives a fluffy snowy look.
To make it all shimmer a bit Christmas-y I misted the whole thing with glimmer mist.
I used the new sketch from CPS for my card:

Just Because
HI!
Here is a quick card I did earlier today between work and cleaning. :) I love a scrappy break now and again… :)
I used some yummy MME in pastels and a fishtail banner stamp from Cocoa Daisy. Sentiment Just Because is from Prickley Pear, just like the Mini Butterflies Die. Both banners and sentiment are heat embossed to fit this week’s CAS-ual Fridays challenge.
The design is based on this fabbie sketch from Try Stampin’ On Tuesday.
Back to business. Have a great Sunday and thanks for stopping by!

The papers are from Riddersholm Design – Fleamarket. Love them, they are in my favorite colors!!!
And check out my new butterflies stamps and die from Prickley Pear!!! They are called Mini Butterflies Clear Stamps Set and Mini Butterflies Die. ♥♥♥
You will see a lot of these babies in the future. :)
I have some exciting news too!!!!

I continue my CAS card week. (Still recovering from making one of the most fuzzy cut cards I’ve ever made that will be up here on my blog on Monday).
I played with my washi tapes. :) Love this week’s challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays!
I used this sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:

Scatter Kindness
Hi!
I hope you are having a good week! I’m pretty busy. Another two day business trip awaits starting in an hour. Since I wake up early (like VERY early) I had time to play some in my scrap room.
I picked up a new MME paper pad yesterday on my way home and I teamed it up with some really old stuff. I’ve had the Pink Paislee die cuts forever. They are beautiful, but I always struggle with pre made die cuts. But this bird and cage definitely found it’s place in a good way. The swirl from Zvaa is even older. The glue on the back had dried up. Feels good to dig into the stash sometimes! :) Making new for the new…
The sentiment is from the Hibiscus 2 Clear Stamps Set from Prickley Pear. I use it a lot. I think it is really sweet! :)
I used Mojo Monday’s sketch #254 but I flipped it.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Enjoy every moment
Happy Monday!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend. I did. I worked a lot though, I were away on a two day conference Friday to Saturday but it was really good so it was worth it. And I did find time to play on Sunday so I’m happy. :)
I tried a new card folding for today’s project – an Accordion Card.
I had some serious fun making this, teaming up the most beautiful paper there is from Riddersholm Design – Huntington Garden and awesome red rubber and a few clear stamps from Prickley Pear!
The flower stamp is from Hibiscus 2 Clear Stamps set, and the amazing flourish is called Large Vine Flourish. Inside the card I used Flower Silhouettes and the sentiment Life and Love.
I’m playing along with CASE Study´s celebration challenge – to Think out of the box. The folding is new, so I hope it qualifies! :) I found the tutorial on SCS HERE.
For more inspiration using Prickley Pear rubber stamps, be sure to visit the blog. The rest of the team has beautiful projects to share with you today.

Fall Harvest
Hi folks! Happy mid week!!!
We are starting to prepare for a new school year and the feeling of fall is creeping up on me. So I felt like fall colors and fall stamps. AND as it happens, Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps have a new line of red rubber ready to go up in the shop shortly so I inked up the beautiful leaf wreath and teamed it up with leafs from the oh so gorgeous Oak and Maple Leaf Clear Stamps Set. They are cut out with the coordinated Oak and Maple Leaf Die.
The red rubber leaf wreath is stamped with different colors of Distress inks. I started with inking up the whole stamp with Wild Honey and then went over parts of it with Peeled Paint and Festive Berries. The colors blend together nicely.
I didn’t have any orange ribbon, so I used the Wild Honey Distress ink and used a blending tool to ink in a white satin ribbon. Think it turned out nicely. :) All the papers used are from Crate, Farmers Market.
I used Mojo Monday sketch #253.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Best Wishes
TGIF!!!
And the sun is shining! YAY! I’m tired of heavy raining and would really appreciate a week of sun, thank you! (Especially since I start my vacation as of tonight!)
Here is a card I did this week. I’m really happy with the colors, and the butterfly from the Prickley Pear set Dragonfly 2 Clear Stamps Set is a beauty.
I clear embossed the butterfly and inked it up with shades of distress inks.
And the inside: The butterfly is double stamped (stamped once on scrap paper and then stamped on my card without re inking)
I used Mojo Monday sketch 249, it’s a great one:
I got some very good advice on my lack of mojo, I will for sure go shopping. And I’ll do it good! AND I will take the challenge offered by Nick! Already got my card picked out. Both will have to wait a week though, I’m off for vacation and that too might be a good thing. I might long back to my craft table! And when I come back I hope a card does not take four days to complete…
Have a GREAT FRIDAY!!! YAY!!!!

Hello!
Long time no see!
Glad to be back, hoping a new router and less thunder will keep me on line from now on! :)
Here is a quick card with a new stamp from Prickley Pear - Evelyn. Love her 20’s vintage look!
The flower and the sentiment are from the Hibiscus 2 Clear Stamps Set. Love how perfect the coordinated Mini Hibiscus Die cuts the flower!
Be sure to visit the Prickley Pear blog if you want some more Prickley Pear inspiration. The DT is amazing!!!
For my design, I used the square sketch from Mojo Monday:
And I’m entering it in the Stamp it! Cards Hello challenge in the Moxie Fab World.
I have loads to catch up on, so see you out in blog land!
