MFT May Release Countdown: 7!

Hi everyone! It's an exciting time at My Favorite Things because it's time for our May Release Countdown! We have some awesome new stamps and Die-namics to share with you this month! Make sure and stay tuned to the MFT Blog for each day's details and direct links to each participating designer!

I am starting off with a bang today and have FOUR cards to share. I've used all four sketches from the new Blueprints 15 Die-namics (LOVE). I love how easy it is to create beautiful cards in no time with any of the Blueprints Die-namics. I've also used the new Linen Background (swoon), Gerbera Daisy Die-namics, Royal Leaves, and sentiments from Cheerful Blessings. The colors I used are Pink Lemonade, Kraft, Primitive White, and Sour Apple.

This post is picture heavy so relax, grab a drink, and enjoy!

Here is the first card. Don't you love the wonky panels? They are so easy to make with Blueprints 15!

The finished inside. No sentiments, just some Linen Background stamped in Kraft ink on Primitive White card stock.

And the finished inside. The hearts are from Cheerful Blessings. They were stamped three times in the bottom right corner over the Linen Background.

MFT January Release Countdown: 5!

Hi there and welcome back to the January Release Countdown from My Favorite Things! All of the new January products will be available for purchase on Tuesday, January 7th at 10:00 pm EST in the MFT Boutique. I used the ADORABLE Pure Innocence Guess Who Loves You? for my card today, along with the new Blueprints 11 Die-namics. I also used the Typewriter Text Background, Striped Backgrounds, Darling Dots, Fishtail Flags STAX, Pierced Rectangle STAX, Rectangle STAX Set 2, and Blueprints 1 (white layer).

She was colored with Copics and her adorable baby doll top was paper pieced. I masked off the sentiment and stamped each word on it's own Fishtail Flag and finished the card with a Pink Lemonade button. The colors I used are Wild Cherry, Pink Lemonade, and white.

Celebrate 13!

Hi there! We've finally reached the final countdown day for the My Favorite Things December Release! All of the stamps and Die-namics we've shown you over the last 7 days will be available tonight at 10 PM EST in the MFT Boutique! Head on over to the MFT Blog for all of today's details!

My daughter, Sarah, requested a birthday card for her best friend's 13 Birthday. She asked that the card be purple and teal (her friend's favorite colors). Purple and teal are not colors that I would combine on a regular crafty day, but it just so happens that after making this card I LOVE them together! Who knew? LOL
