You Blow Me Away

Hi everyone out in Blogger World! I am super excited to be a Guest Designer for Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps!  Check out their blog to see their newest releases, and all of the gorgeous work their DT does.

The image I chose for my project is You Blow me Away.  Isn't she just adorable?!?  I had so much fun coloring her.

Here is a closer look at this cutie:

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93, R20 & RV10; hair - E35, E37, YR21 & YR31; dress/shoes - BG01, BG05, BG09, B00, B000, R24 & R35; flower - YR16, YR18, YR61, YR65 & Y17; butterflies - YR61, YR65, YR18, RV21, RV23 & RV25; wings - BV000, BV01, BV02, B0000, B00 & BG10.  I added Wink of Stella (clear) to her wings.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

For my card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from October Afternoon, ribbon and Memory Box die.  I am so grateful for the chance to be a Guest Designer for Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps.  I hope you'll check them out!  Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,
Bonnie

Autumn Enchantress

Hi everyone!  It's time for another challenge over on the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog!  I hope you enjoyed the last one, and even had the chance to play along.  The theme for this challenge is 'Winds of Change'. We want to see projects from you to celebrate the changes in seasons. The beautiful image I am using is Autumn Enchantress.  I love all of the Lacy Sunshine stamps, but I think the Enchantress Line is perhaps my favorite.  Do you think I've managed to showcase our theme?  I'd love to know what you think.

For my card I used Bazzill Cardstock, Bo Bunny paper (Apple Cider), leaves from Wild Orchid, ribbon and wooden leaf embellishments.  I also added Wink of Stella (clear) to her wings for added sparkle.  Here is a close up of her wing:

Please head on over to the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog and join our 'Winds of Change' challenge.  Also check out the gorgeous projects by the other amazing talented DT.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Saturated Canary - Fashion Decades

Hi everyone! Oooh...I am so excited to share this one with you.  Saturated Canary was the first stamp company I bought digital stamps from, and I fell in love with her images right off the bat.  I don't get a chance to color them as much as I'd like (I need like 10 more hours a day, lol), but today I made time for to color just for fun. I bought a bunch of her new images recently, and I was playing around tonight with her new 'Fashion Decades' images, and boy are they amazing.  She is having a coloring challenge on her blog , and I really wanted to play along, and well...here is my entry (using 40's Fashion Decade which you can find here):

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, R11 & R20; hair - E53, E57 & E59, dress - Y11, Y21, Y26 & YR31;  shoes - W3, W5, W7 & W9; lips/flowers - R32, R37 & R39.  I also used a fine tip black sharpie on her dress.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper by Basic Grey (Barista), twine, and flowers/leaves from Wild Orchid, and Prima.  These colors are so not ones I normally use, which made it a but more challenging, but also more fun.  My daughter will tell you I'm not a fan of the color yellow, but after making this card, I might change my mind about that.  Once I colored her dress, I wanted to jazz it up a bit, and decided to go with black polka dots.  About 1/3 of the way into it, I decided to try doing only half of the bottom portion, and I am quite pleased with the result!  I also didn't feel like doing a bunch more polka dots, so I am glad it worked, lol.  I hope you like her.  I think I need to make more time for Krista's images...I still love them!  Thanks for looking, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
