Christmas shadowbox
I have been hoarding this shadowbox for a few years and finally an idea hit me to use it. I used a lot of Tim Holtz dies and products. The tiney little cardinal was cut using the TH cardinal die with shrink plastic. The snow was made using texture paste and distress glitter.

Christmas lanterns
I used the Tim Holtz vintage Noel die and Sizzix nested squares die and cut them out using glitter paper. I painted plain wooden plaques and wood knobs and glued the two together to make the lantern base.
Christmas wall hanging
For this wall hanging I took a plain white canvas and painted it green and after it was dry I used a Tim Holtz layering stencil for the background. Next, I used distress inks on a piece of manila file folder and then embossed it using the Tim Holtz Christmas embossing folder. I then used the following Tim Holtz dies: Window, mini cardinal, garland, crescent moon and stars, stacked boxes. I cut the Christmas tree out with my Cricut.
I thought I would go ahead and enter this into Inspiration Emporium's Christmas in June challenge since I like how it turned out.

Tim used his snowman die for his tag but because I didn't have that die I used the embossing folder with the same image and embossed it on grunge paper and cut out the image and painted it. Tim Holtz 12 tags of Christmas 2011

For Tim's tag, he used his resist Kraft paper but since I didn't have any I made my own by stamping the word on Kraft colored chipboard with clear embossing ink and then embossed it with clear embossing powder. After I did that, then I proceeded in coloring the tag's background. Tim Holtz 12 tags of Christmas 2011
