| Bio: |  Hi. I'm a twenty-something, Cancer, Year of the Ram, half-Japanese, half-American, born-and-bred Washington native. I graduated in 2001 with my degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences (SPHSC) from the University of Washington, where I spent my un-traditional four years as a piccolo player in the Husky Marching Band, though that's another story in another lifetime. I have two cats, Mimi and Lily, who take up a good handful of my journal, and I have two loves in my world: my family and friends (and everyone who falls into either/or category). Currently, I'm doing the "change of career" bit in life, as I discovered my original destination was a dead end. I lock a good handful of my journal posts. I have my reasons, as do most people. Speaking of people, I like meeting new people. Variety is the spice of life, so I don't much care what your stance and position in life is, as long as you realize and respect that I have my beliefs as well, we'll get along fine. I love country music, college sports, and the Seattle Mariners, and stood by that team even during the rough years. Reality TV shows (though I, naturally, have limits) and The Sims are my two vices, and I've yet to walk into any crafts store without buying something. You can feel free to friend me. I'm sometimes slow to friend back (unless I figure out that I know you), but I usually get around to it eventually. I don't bite, I promise. | ||||
