It seems like all sides lost in the standoff between Minnesota Democrats and Republicans, but the truth is Republicans won. They won big, hurtful cuts to services, all of which were orchestrated by Tim Pawlenty in a reduce-big-government effort long before these noob Republicans legislators hit the stage.
