UPDATE: Defeated by Barack Obama by 365 to 173 electoral votes

John McCain opposes equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer Americans and, therefore, does not deserve the support and vote of fair minded Americans.

A McCain presidency would be a disaster for all Americans who believe in equality under the law. Furthermore, he has also pledged to appoint Supreme Court Justices as conservative as Scalia and Thomas.
