    So simple and easy to make. I didn't have curry leaves, so after reading a few things online I decided to substitute them with a few bay leaves and some dried basil. I also fried off some garlic at the same time as the finely chopped onion, which was stirred through the dhal at the end. For me, a squeeze of lemon before serving was a must.

    Awesome recipe for momos except waaaay too salty. 2 tbsp is alot of salt. I remade it and made a few tweaks. I cut the salt down to about 1 tsp. I added about 2 large pinches of sugar and about 1/2-3/4 tsp of tomato paste. YUM
