Failed Governator Wants Constitution Changed So He Can Run For President

Arnold Schwarzenegger spent two terms as California's governor. He promised to straighten out the Golden State's fiscal affairs, but the exact opposite occurred as government and taxes grew, along with the size of the state's mounting debt. The only thing he proved himself good at was cheating on his wife and fathering children out of wedlock while married to a member of the Kennedy clan. Now the Austrian-born son of a Nazi commander wants the U.S. Constitution amended so that he can run for president in 2016. As a naturalized citizen, Schwarzenegger holds dual citizenship and is ineligible to run because he quite clearly is not a natural born citizen. The New York Post's Page Six column discusses Schwarzenegger's rumored plans to ensure that gets changed:

One source said: “Schwarzenegger has been talking openly about working on getting the constitutional rules changed so he can run for president in 2016. He is ready to file legal paperwork to challenge the rules.”

Arnie was born in Austria, and the US Constitution prevents foreign-born citizens from holding the nation’s top job. Any amendment to the Constitution must be approved by two-thirds majority in the House and the Senate.

But Arnold, who became a US citizen in 1983, still could mount a legal challenge. In 2010, he appeared on the ‘Tonight Show,’ and was asked by Jay Leno if he would make a White House run if the law were changed.

Schwarzenegger replied, “Without any doubt.” With America becoming more diverse, it is not clear what would happen if Arnie or any other foreign-born naturalized citizen decided to run.

Columbia University Law School professor Michael Dorf, an expert in constitutional law, said about the Governator’s case in 2007, “The law is very clear, but it’s not 100 percent clear that the courts would enforce that law rather than leave it to the political process.”

The way things are headed in this country, Schwarzenegger probably won't need a constitutional amendment since our Supreme Court refuses to even say what a natural born citizen means when persons challenging candidates not meeting the constitutional requirement are denied the opportunity to have their cases heard and the so-called legal experts touted by our media keep amending its meaning on the fly. Once upon a time, it was pretty clear that only children born in the U.S. to American citizen parents were considered natural born. Then along came Obama and so-called constitutional scholars claimed a person need only be born on American soil in order to qualify regardless of their parents' citizenship status. After the Canadian-born Ted Cruz decided he wanted to run for president, some legal scholars began changing their tune and claiming that even persons born abroad who are deemed citizens at birth by an act of Congress are now considered natural born citizens. By 2016, I wouldn't be surprised if people begin reading the constitutional requirement as only requiring that a person be a citizen, regardless of how they attained that status, in order to meet the natural born citizenship requirement. The Bill of Rights are being read right out of the Constitution. Why wouldn't the natural born citizenship clause meet the same fate?  

Omedia Finds Arnold Love Child's Birth Certificate In A New York Minute

Barack Obama waited four years to release a long-form birth certificate to prove he was born in Hawaii, even if it proves on its face he was not a natural born citizen because it confirms his father was not a U.S. citizen, which made him a dual citizen. No, dual citizens are not natural born citizens, but we won't waste your time on that since the Omedia has declared the U.S. Constitution means something no federal court has ever said it means. To the point of this post, only a day after America learned former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered a love child with a domestic worker who worked in his home more than a decade ago, the media has obtained the long-form birth certificate for the child. No, Arnold is not listed as the father.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the birth certificate of the boy Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered . . . and he's not listed as the father on the birth certificate.

As TMZ reported, Mildred "Patty" Baena--who worked as a housekeeper/assistant for Arnold and Maria--is the mother.

Baena used a different last name on the birth certificate--Pena.

The boy was born on October 2, 1997, which now makes him 13. He was born at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, California.

A copy of the birth certificate can be viewed here. Assuming the document is authentic, it shows that even vital records are not necessarily truthful documents when the persons furnishing the information lie to the official registrars of vital records. The child was born within a week of one of Arnold's children to Maria. Schwarzenegger's own admissions prove the man is a total fraud and liar who should be trusted by nobody. Photos of the boy show him to be the spitting image of Arnold. It is inconveivable that his mother could have shared a household all this time with the Schwarzeneggers without anyone noticing the uncanny resemblance. Arnold and Maria even hosted a baby shower at which they lavished expensive gifts on the new-born boy. Arnold's oldest son, Patrick, has already changed his name on Twitter to Shriver. Can't say that I blame him.

It's disappointing the Omedia is not as interested in the true story of little Barry's nativity as they are in the nativity of Arnold's love child. The Omedia finds no significance to the fact that nobody has been able to locate an official record of a marriage certificate ever being issued to Barack Obama, Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham in Maui, Hawaii where their marriage allegedly occurred, that no evidence exists that the couple ever lived together as husband and wife, and that Barack Obama, Sr. signed and filed documents with U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Services to extend his student visa before being booted out of the country by the government at the request of Harvard that failed to even mention he had a son in Honolulu, Hawaii who bore his name, while naming his son Roy with his wife back in Kenya. And no, Barry looks nothing like his reputed father. There are documents in Indonesia, however, identifying him as the son of an Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro, and as a citizen of Indonesia whose name was "Barry Soetoro." Lolo is the only man with whom Dunham definitively lived as husband and wife. More importantly, the Omedia could care less that the document posted on the official White House website and represented as Obama's true long-form birth certificate is a total fraud and has been proven such by numerous document experts who have examined it. Even the federal government conceded in a report published years ago that producing forged and phony birth and marriage documents in the United States is a piece of cake and is commonly accomplished.

Consider the irony. You've learned more about the nativity of Arnold's love child in a 24-hour period than you you've learned over the last four years about the man you elected as your president. Pretty scary, huh?

Too Bad It's Too Late For Total Recall Of The Terminator

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger waited until after he left office to tell his wife, Maria Shriver, that he fathered a love child with a member of the couple's domestic staff more than a decade ago, which helps explain why Maria is now divorcing him.

 "After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago," Schwarzenegger told the Times in a statement that also was sent to The Associated Press early Tuesday. "I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry.

"I ask that the media respect my wife and children through this extremely difficult time," the statement concluded. "While I deserve your attention and criticism, my family does not."

Had this man told the truth about his love child when he fathered it, his marriage would have ended and he would have never been elected California governor in the special election after Gov. Gray Davies was recalled seven years ago. Shriver provided cover for Schwarzenegger when he came under attack for his womanizing ways as a candidate ala Hillary Clinton. He ran as a fiscal conservative but instead bankrupted the state with higher spending and higher taxes. Will he fess up to doing gay for pay with wealthy European businessmen before he immigrated to this country next?

Just Call Him The Pardonator

The most that can be said of former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is that he left the state in much worse shape than he found it, which is rather ironic given the fact that he was elected in a special election after former Gov. Gray Davies was recalled because of how poorly he had managed the state's finances. After raising taxes and failing to cut the most bloated state budget in the country, the state is now teetering on bankruptcy. In one final act as governor, Schwarzenegger commuted the sentence of Estaban Nunez to only a 7-year term for killing another man, even though he had pleaded guilty to killing the man rather than contest the charges against him. Nunez is the son of former California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, who became close friends with Schwarzenegger while he was governor. When a reporter asked him why he commuted Nunez' sentence, Schwarzenegger replied with a snoring sound to emphasize his disinterest in answering the question. Real classy.
