Hello everyone, 

This is a design for a special little boy who loves karate and motivational quotes. I think this quote is very inspirational. You can be bold and brave but don't have to pretend to be anybody else. 

If you want to stitch this for yourself please feel free to change up the belt to be appropriate to the one the person you are stitching for or keep it as a black belt as that is a goal for all karate trainees.

This design was really fun to draw so I think I'll have to look into more sports themed designs to stitch for the sports fans on your life.

You may remember from my last design that I had a crazy idea for Star trek toilet signs. If you did not see that here is a link:

This design is based off Worf from Star Trek the Next Generation. He wears a grey sash on top of his uniform which honors his Klingon Heritage. 

Do you think there will be different bathrooms for different alien races on star ships or does everyone have to learn to use a human bathroom? I imagine the Klingon Facilities will need to be very sturdy.

Hello everyone, 

I had a crazy idea this week. what if the figures for toilet signs were wearing Star Trek uniforms? Public toilet facilities aren't really shown on the show but surely they still exist in the future? Though perhaps they are self cleaning and have the softest toilet paper a replicator can make. 

This design is based on the male and female uniforms from The Original Series

Hello Everyone

Today I have a bright yellow school bus cross stitch design for you. This design is quite large but easy to stitch as it only has whole stitches, no backstitch, French knots or half stitches here. 

This was designed with a young boys bedroom in mind.\Not only does he love all vehicles he loves bright colours and bold shapes so I incorporated it all together in this one. 

The yellow is based off a American school bus but it will be easy to change up the colours of the design to your childs favourite colour or to look like a different type of bus.

Today we have a pair of cheeky red breasted Robins getting ready for Christmas.
I really couldn't decide if he looked better with or without the crown (or is it a party hat) so I decided to include both versions in this post.

I love to watch the Robins in the local park. They are very bold birds for their size and quick too. You have to be really watching out for a flash of red to see them.

Hello everyone, 

Its been a while but here is a rainbow coloured design for pride month. 

The phrase is a slightly changed version of 'Come out, Come out wherever you are' which is a phrase children will say when trying to find their friends during a game of hide and seek. 

This phrase is intended to be a fun way to show that nobody should feel the need to hide their true selves. Isn't life more fun and interesting when everyone can be their unique selves? Lets all be kind and inclusive. :)

I am hoping to do another version of this phrase with a more detailed border soon when I think of a good idea for it.

Hello everyone,
Today I have a fun yellow digger cross stitch design, this bold design will be fun for construction vehicle mad kids to decorate their rooms or make them a fun squishy cushion. You don't need to stick exactly to these thread numbers if you'd like to include the childs favourite colour as the main vehicle colour. Just be sure to change up the orange highlights to a colour that complements the one you chose.

Hello Everyone, 

On one of my favourite cross stitch Facebook groups a great conversation started about this design idea. So I cannot take credit for the Stabulous phrase but I ran with it and created this design. 

I have charted this up in all regular DMC but if you are feeling brave you could use a few metallic colours on the sparkles. Some seed beads in the center of the sparkles or dotted throughout the hair would also add a magical touch. I will leave these choices up to the stitcher as I know some people find metallic thread and beads fiddily. Plus you can customize the design as you fee fit, Be creative and see what you come up with.

Hello Everyone, 

A few of my friends and I like to make a start on our Christmas cards in January while we are still feeling inspired from Christmas. So for fellow early Christmas card creators heres a lovely reindeer design. Since this design is only one colour it will be easy to switch up to colours to match your card stock or just what you think looks nice. 
This design could look great in variegated thread too in a fun Christmas gradient. 

I left the center of the design plain so that you can add your own message. From a simple Merry Christmas to a fancier Joyeux Noel the choice is yours.
