WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #22, ANYTHING CREATIVE/MIXED MEDIA GOES

Hey there crafters, It is Sunday today, anddddd 

you know what that means eh?.....Today there WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made......

I had loads of fun with a canvas, at first I did not know HOW to start but when I made the background with Gesso, Light Modelling Paste and lots of colours PanPastels.  the idea that I had in my head came out the way I wanted too.

The stamp that I used on the canvas is the one from Tim Holtz, I still love this stamp, because it reminds me of the fact that nothing is so important than your family. I used the stencil from The Wendy for the REMEMBER sentiment and the hashtags from Tim Holtz. Also in the metal heart a butterfly from Dutch Doobadoo.......

 I have worked on the flowerarrangement with Transparant crackle and colored the hearts that I made out of the empty cardboard Hearts from Dutch Doobadoo, with lots of Metallic PanPastels.

To Finish I placed some sentiments on the picture of the family and underneith.

WE DO DOOBADOO UK CHALLENGE #8 PINS AND PEARLS and more

Hey there guys! 

I know I am late, so sorry about that...... but did you see we have another 
fantastic We Do Doobadoo Challenge!

So this fortnight we have a wonderfull theme, the theme is PINS AND PEARLS....

I really had loads of fun altering a heartshaped box, I started out with lots of Gesso for the base and on top I colored my box with the Purple color PanPastel and Lavender PanPastel and mixed them together to get this color. 

I was working on the background with the DUTCH DOOBADOO honeycomb stencil, light modelling paste, Maimeri Gesso  some hearts from Dutch Dobadoo...... 

Here you can see the pins even better, they have the purple color and some metallic pieces to fit the pin. The pearls have allmost the same color just like the flowers and to finish my project for this week I have placed lace all around the box. Did you know you can color lace with PanPastels too......see the lace was white before and after I was finished with it, it was purple......and offcourse the last layer I used is the Iridescent Maimeri to give my project more shine.....
