Merry & Bright - Festive Phrases

Hello friends! I've been a busy bee this week, and it's only Tuesday morning! Yesterday was spent in my craft room, filming and editing videos, designing projects, and getting blog posts ready for this coming week. Magical Birthday - Magical Mermaid

Good morning friends! I have a beauty of a card to share with you today... plus a fun little technique! Let's check it out, shall we?

I'm just in love with the gorgeous Magical Mermaid stamp set from the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. It's packed full of gorgeous coordinating images and sentiments that really make the beautiful mermaid pop.

Isn't it fun? Little girls will go crazy for this one, as will the ladies who are still young at heart - I sent this fun card to a friend of mine for her recent birthday!

Hidden in this card is a little technique I want to share with you... see that strip of gorgeous blue beachy woodgrain paper?

It's the lightest print from the Wood Textures DSP Stack, rolled with Pool Party Ink! With a Sponge Brayer and an ink pad at your fingertips, you can make woodgrain paper in any colour your heart desires!
