Beautiful Borders @ Totally PaperCrafts

Hello again, I'm back with my 2nd post in 2 days. So far so good with keeping up lol, it used to take me a week to make one card!! I am working hard to stay ahead as I will be working soon and my time crafting will be short.
If all  goes to plan I'm actually on my way to my Mum's for the night ready to get an early start at the NEC craft show in the morning (Mum lives 20 miles away, I live 120 miles away!) Hopefully I'm meeting Pam, Debs, Claire & Sharon and maybe some more lovely crafters. Let me know if you're going, I'd love to meet you!

Today it's time for a new challenge at

Totally Papercrafts

and this week my lovely friend Wendy is hosting, she has chose the theme

Beautiful Borders

I have so many borders but decided to use my first and still favourite lace Doo Hickey die.

The image is Fortune Teller Ellie, one of a fabulous new release from the

and the lovely owner/artist Christine emailed to ask me if I would like to  GD for her and make something with them, of course I jumped at the opportunity and as I'm flying off on holiday next week and time is short I've combined the 2 tasks today. The papers are (again I hear you moan) from a Maja paper pad, I'm not sure which one. Flowers from everywhere!!

So.......head over to the totally Papercrafts challenge blog for all the details on this weeks challenge, the prize on offer to win the winner and some beautiful border inspiration from my talented teammies, then head over to the Paper Nest Dolls to check out the cutest little characters available.

That's all from me today, thank you for stopping by
and for any comments you may leave

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges.....

The Blue Fairy GDT

Hello again lovely people, please don't think I've forgotten you all, we have all been working 18 hours a day and I just can't find 10 minutes to catch up with anything blogwise!

This is another scheduled post and  I'm sneaking in an extra post today
as I was asked a while ago to GD at
as I won a challenge and this time the theme is
Wings
and here is my contribution!
I totally love  this Sugar Nellie image - Pippi Longsocks - I used it a few weeks ago and couldn't resist using it again. The papers are a fabulous colour blue from Maja and I gave everything a dabbing with my white paint dabber and her wings a sprinkling of glamour dust!
A little peek inside..
The message stickers are 'Chit Chatter' from Tim Holtz and the die cuts Magnolia Doo Hickeys. I hadn't rolled any roses for ages lately but now I'm on a 'roll' again and can't stop!! I used Hi Tack glue this time to secure them and it was soooooooooooo much easier!

Head over to Scrapbook Sisters for all the relevant info about this challenge and some gorgeous inspiration from the girls.
Thank you Scrapbook Sisters for asking me to GD - I've loved it!

Once again I have to say how sorry I am for not getting around to visit you, the upside of my job is I have the whole winter off and will make it up to you all then!!

I'll be back tomorrow with my MAWTT card and my candy winner

Pink, Pearls & Pretty @ MAWTT

Hello again guys I'm back with a brand new challenge today over at

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES

and this time the lovely Mau is in charge and wants to see some

Pink Pretty Pearls in your Celebration

I really enjoyed making this card
using Marry Me from Saturated Canary
I have purposely left the sentiment off as I thought I might add the recipients names when I have someone to send it to! Coloured with Copics. The yummy papers are from Maja Designs they are from the 6x6 Vintage Summer collection and they are super swoony! All my flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts as did the pearls and the heart border is a Magnolia Doo Hickey die.

Make sure you head over to the main challenge blog for all the details of this challenge and check out the fabulous inspiration from the DT this week.

We are sponsored by

Moving Along With Things With Wings

Good Morning to you all lovely blogland people its time for a brand new challenge at
and this week the very lovely Pami has chosen

THINGS WITH WINGS

This is the 2nd time I have used this stamp - see I knew it was imperative I had it! I would like to use it more, but twice is really a lot for me when you see how many I have never used! The gorgeous gorgeous papers are from Maja Designs, I was first introduced to these by the lovely Jill, thank you Hunny they are DEVINE! I decided to go all monochromatic in my fave dusty pink as I had the exact right colour flowers from WOC and I coloured my flat back pearls in with Copics to match (you have to let them dry). I've sparkled her wings with glamour dust too.

I never get around to showing you the inside of my cards so for a change here's a little peek

The sentiment is from LCI and I promise it shows up more in real life!

We have a favourite sponsor back this week

Good Morning My lovely blog friends, I'm supposed to have had more time to craft and visit your blogs this last week but some how it hasn't happened and the days just whizz by!

I did have a fabulous weekend though and went to my first craft class over at Sir Stampalot with the lovely Brenda and made some fab new buddies and a lot of mess with ink! Two fab blog friends, Lisa and Pam and came to visit and we all headed off on our adventure together.

Tuesday means it's time for a new challenge over at
Thank you to everyone who entered last time and those that joined in the blog hop, it was my first time hosting one and I thought it was great fun.

Congratulations I will get that sent out to you ASAP.

'One For The Boys'
Don't run and hide, this is gonna be great fun, boys and men's cards used to scare me senseless but not anymore thanks to you lot out there and your wonderful inspiration!

I've used one of my cute LOTV little boy images that hadn't seen a bit of ink before this challenge! The lush paper are Maja and were a birthday present from my very dear, very talented friend Jill over in Norway. The sentiment is a rub on and it's just gorgeous! Nesties and punched stars, some twine and a charm and that's that!

Ahoy Me Hearty's

Hello lovely bloggers its a really really quick post from me as I should be at work!! I had a horrible day yesterday so I headed to my craft room to calm myself down last night and came up with this little card to share with you today.
I've been wanting to enter the TOMIC challenge since it started but never found the time to fit in the right card. I'd printed out this image to use as it's long been a favourite and when my new paper from Maja turned up this week as did my navy silk ribbon this card virtually made it's self!
My lovely teamie Debs taught me how to cut with nesties outside the frame as I'd been wanting to have ago and Edwins feet were the perfect opportunity!

I hope your having a lovely weekend wherever you are
Thank you for looking
