California Dead Voters Revealed

[From article]
A comparison of records by David Goldstein, investigative reporter for CBS2/KCAL9, has revealed hundreds of so-called dead voters in Southern California, a vast majority of them in Los Angeles County.
“He took a lot of time choosing his candidates,” said Annette Givans of her father, John Cenkner.
Cenkner died in Palmdale in 2003. Despite this, records show that he somehow voted from the grave in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010.
But he’s not the only one.

CBS2 compared millions of voting records from the California Secretary of State’s office with death records from the Social Security Administration and found hundreds of so-called dead voters.
Specifically, 265 in Southern California and a vast majority of them, 215, in Los Angeles County alone.
The numbers come from state records that show votes were cast in that person’s name after they died. In some cases, Goldstein discovered that they voted year after year.
Across all counties, Goldstein uncovered 32 dead voters who cast ballots in eight elections apiece, including a woman who died in 1988. Records show she somehow voted in 2014, 26 years after she passed away.
It remains unclear how the dead voters voted but 86 were registered Republicans, 146 were Democrats, including Cenkner.
[. . .]
And then there’s Julita Abutin.
Records show she voted in Norwalk in 2014, 2012, 2010 and 2008 though she died in 2006.
Abutin’s daughter, Marivic, says it’s impossible that her mother voted.
But the Los Angeles County Registrar confirms they have signed vote-by-mail envelopes with her mother’s name for the 2014 and 2012 election, though she died 10 years ago.
[. . .]
The Los Angeles County Registrar told CBS2: “We remove 1200 to 2000 deceased records from the database per month.”
But the news station checked all of the dead voters from LA County on the Registrar’s website and found 212 of the 215 were still registered and eligible to vote in next month’s presidential primary election.

“It’s very troubling because it basically dilutes the voice of the lawful voter,” said Ellen Swensen with the “True the Vote,” a nationwide voter-rights group.
“What it does is every single vote that’s cast by a dead voter actually cancels out a vote of a lawful voter cause if they voted for one candidate and you voted let’s say for another, your vote got canceled out,” she said.
As Goldstein reports, it was all supposed to change after the hanging chads incident in Florida in the 2000 presidential election. Congress passed the Help America Vote Act in 2002, which mandated sweeping reforms, including a statewide voter registration system that would eliminate ineligible voters.

But California is the only state that’s still not compliant with the act. Secretary of State Alex Padilla hopes to have it compliant later this year.
“You’re not supposed to have dead people on the rolls,” said J. Christian Adams, who is with the Public Interest Legal Foundation.
“The problem is California has been the most derelict state in the country in implementing statewide databases that are required under federal law. They just blew it off for over a decade,” said Adams.
And in that decade and more, CBS2 found hundreds of votes on the state’s own database cast for people who have died, like Cenkner.

White House Orders Lawlessness Extended to State Courts, Selective Enforcement Of Laws Based On Race, Contrary To Repeated Supreme Court Rulings

More racial discrimination by the Civil Rights Division Of the Justice Department. See e.g., J. Christian Adams' book, Injustice; and John Fund and Hans van Spakovsky's Who's Counting?

[From article]
As New York moves to decriminalize low-level offenses, arguing enforcement is “rigged against communities of color,” other large cities are coming under pressure from the Justice Department to do the same thing.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch has issued a warning to municipal and state judges across the country that their courts could lose federal funding if they don’t ease up on fines and arrest warrants for minor crimes involving poor offenders, indigent minorities in particular.
In lieu of fines and jail time, Lynch urges the nation’s 6,500 municipal courts to provide an avenue for offenders to perform “community service” or take advantage of “amnesty days,” whereby outstanding arrest warrants are cleared for nominal fees.[. . .]
A strongly worded “guidance” letter, written by her civil-rights team, warns that a local court policy of enforcing warrants for failure to pay court fines and fees can have an adverse “disparate impact” on African-Americans, who are fined and/or arrested for outstanding warrants at “disproportionate” rates versus whites.
Federal data also show that blacks tend to break both felony and misdemeanor laws at a disproportionate rate. Even if applied evenly across all races and in neutral, color-blind fashion, such policies could be found by Justice to be discriminatory.
[. . .]
The Supreme Court has ruled that disparate impact doesn’t violate Title VI, only “intentional” discrimination does. “The administration is quite wrong to say that Title VI incorporates a ‘disparate impact’ standard,” Roger Clegg of the Center for Equal Opportunity points out. “The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that it does not.”
This new court “reform” will only exacerbate the crime problem. Studies show ignoring low-level crimes like warrant violations only leads to bigger crimes.
Under Mayor de Blasio, the NYPD has scaled back its aggressive enforcement of low-level offenses only to see both minor and serious crime rebound. Already cops have backed off public urination and other public nuisance violations, while overlooking outstanding warrants for many other misdemeanor crimes.
Even a senior Justice Department official predicts the decriminalization-cum-deincarceration movement will backfire in higher crime nationwide. “In five years the crime rate is going to be crazy again,” he said.

How To Increase Voting Rights

One thing that should be done to increase voting rights is to clean up the Voting Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice. Under Tom Perez, (now US Labor Secretary) the division refused to enforce voting rights laws in a race neutral manner. When laws are selectively enforced no one's rights are safe. See e.g., J. Christian Adams' book, Injustice; and John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky's book, Who's Counting?

US Labor Secretary Brings His Relaxed Rectitude to West Coast Labor Dispute

Container ships wait at the dock to be unloaded at the Port of Oakland Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, in Oakland, Calif. Companies that operate marine terminals didn't call workers to unload ships Thursday that carry car parts, furniture, clothing, electronics, just about anything made in Asia and destined for U.S. consumers. The partial lockout is the result of an increasingly damaging labor dispute between dockworkers and their employers. The two sides have been negotiating a new contract, and stalled talks have all but paralyzed 29 ports that handle about one-quarter of U.S. international trade, around $1 trillion worth of cargo annually.
(AP Photo/Ben Margot) The Associated Press

Tom Perez indicated his relaxed rectitude when he was chief of the Civil Rights Division in the Department of Justice. He and his staff attorney acolytes refused to enforce laws in a race neutral manner. It will be interesting to see how he works with unions who have strong leaders. See his history in J. Christian Adams book, Injustice; and John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky's, Who's Counting?

[From article]
A White House spokesman, Eric Schultz, said the president is getting Secretary Tom Perez involved because of concerns about the economic consequences of further delays.
Perez's mission is to meet with the parties and press them to quickly settle their differences at the negotiating table.
The waters off Los Angeles, Oakland and Washington state's Puget Sound have become parking lots for dozens of ships awaiting space at the docks.
Employers are locking out dockworkers who man the cranes that lift cargo on and off ships, saying they have slowed work as a bargaining tactic.
The union denies that.

Labor Statistics Questionable

[From article]
The most curious thing of all about the November jobs report released on Friday was the huge drop in the unemployment rate — and the fact that the Labor Department chose not to disclose that the data going into that figure are under investigation for falsification.
On Nov. 19, I broke the news in my column that the Census Bureau, which collects data that goes into the jobless rate on behalf of Labor, had caught one of its enumerators fabricating interviews in 2010.

Rigging Labor Department statistics is an essential job to prevent Obama from being ridiculed. Tom Perez is now Labor Secretary. He was a chief attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department where he vigorously opposed race neutral application of civil rights laws. It was the reason why the New Black Panther Party was not punished after a default judgment, for their election  intimidation in 2008 and 2012. J. Christian Adams

http://electionlawcenter.com

wrote Injustice after he resigned from the Civil Rights division due to these abuses of power by Perez, another Obama appointee with relaxed rectitude.

Congress Does Immigration

At a hearing on immigration before the US House of Representatives in February 2013 Julian Castro, the Mayor of San Antonio Texas testified. San Antonio is run by a city manger, as Cambridge MA is run. The Mayor is a figure head like Obama. Great at being head of state, and making speeches. No skills at being head of government. He is a Harvard Law School Graduate, Hispanic, pretty, educated, intelligent, articulate, and self absorbed. Julian Castro doesn't speak Spanish fluently. He has a twin brother Joaquin, who was elected to Congress. Julian reminded me of Jarrett Barrios a former State Rep in Massachusetts who is now President and CEO of the Massachusetts Red Cross. They both use the term "folks" to refer to ordinary civilians showing their disdain and perception of their own superiority. The smartest man in the room uses that term signifying his moral superiority too.

Castro openly supports a "path to citizenship" for illegal aliens ahead of law abiding immigrants who wait in line and obey the laws. He wants to reward people who violated US laws and to punish law abiding taxpayer and citizens. He violates his oath of office. Testifying before the US House Committee on Immigration he mentioned his mother working as a maid. But news reports say his mother Rosie went to college and got a master's degree. She now is a student affairs administrator at a community college. Rosie also made a mark in politics. She ran unsuccessfully for City Council in 1971 and was a civil rights activist. His father is a retired teacher. He is the typical recipient of special consideration in hiring and admissions. Poor white men and women are discriminated against because they are white. Children of wealthy alleged minority groups get extra advantages over poor people. Moreover in many jurisdictions in the US whites are a minority yet are discriminated against and punished for their minority status. It is more instances of rewarding people who suffered no harm, and punishing people who did no wrong.

In any case his mother sacrificed working so that her son could have a better life. He exploits her labors claiming victimhood status because of her suffering. I knew a student at Columbia University who would seek sympathy explaining he was depressed because his parents were Holocaust survivors. He married a women who sought sympathy because she was "cursed with beauty." They deserve each other. Do we deserve the Castro brothers? Mayor Castro expects special privileges and consideration not because of his suffering, but because of the benefits he received from his mother's labors. Is this convoluted or what? Is he an Affirmative Action Mayor like some other politicians? Perhaps. San Antonio is a south Texas city with many Mexicans and Mexican Americans living there. In two recent books about election fraud, (Injustice by J. Christian Adams; and Who's Counting? by John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky) the authors explain how easy it is to get voter registration cards, and to vote even if one is not a citizen. How many voters are illegal voters? There is little will to find out, and less to prosecute violations of the voting fraud statutes. Obama's Department of Justice Civil Rights Division working under Eric "Fast and Furious" Holder refuses to enforce the voting rights act in a race neutral manner.

Mayor Castro wants to repeat what was done previously to resolve the illegal alien crises. Under Reagan they were legalized. Castro wants to do it again. And it will keep happening because politicians have no spines. Did legalizing them stop the flow of illegal aliens streaming into the US? Did it end the line crashing of law abiding immigrants who wait in line and obey the laws of the US? Castro says he thinks that is the best thing for the nation as a whole. Rewarding people who violate laws, and punishing law abiding taxpayers, voters, immigrants. I don't think so. All this does is generate more disrespect for laws and the Constitution. Obama leads the way in undermining the rule of law. Castro is a new comer to the disease which is promoted at Harvard Law School and Harvard University.

One son of a diplomat testified that the US should issue green cards to anyone who wants to work in the US. They can decide later, he said, if they want to become citizens.

This is one more indication that the nation is run by criminals. They ignore inconvenient laws and repeal others meant to stop abuses.

Election Dysfunction, Film Review

This 90-minute feature film opposes Voter ID laws. At one point Mo
Rocca asks an Indiana Republican, "Can you provide me with one example
of voter fraud?" The person cannot. That indicates that neither of
them read J. Christian Adams new book, Injustice.

http://electionlawcenter.com

Adams provides
several examples, even a prosecution and conviction. The person
convicted was used by Rooca as an example of being punished for voting
after his conviction contrary to law. Rocca does not explain what he
did to violate voting laws. Adams does. This film  makes arguments
based on feelings and what women want, not based on law and the
Constitution. It is how Obama thinks. Laws are simply barriers to what
he wants to do so he ignores them. City officials in Cambridge, MA
host City of Harvard University and Harvard officials share his
 philosophy of law enforcement.
Rocca does not mention the several documented and prosecuted and
convicted instances of intimidation by The New Black Panther Party of
white voters. He only mentions wild unfounded accusations of paranoid
black people who see racism everywhere. Rocca does not mention the
convictions of ACORN workers of voter fraud. Rocca includes a clip of
Eric Holder speaking on behalf of any (paranoid?) people denied their
right to vote. This after Rocca explains that voting is not a right.
It was left to the states to regulate. Rocca says what is needed is
uniform federal laws. Rocca did not mention that Holder and a number
of Justice Department staff attorneys refuse to enforce the Voting
Rights Act in a race neutral manner. That shows again that he and the
film-makers did not read Adams' book. This is pure propaganda and it
is being broadcast just before the election to enable more abuses and
to support Obama's re-election. This is another shameful exploitation
of taxpayer funds broadcasting the film on PBS stations.

Electoral Dysfunction, a feature-length documentary created by a team
of award-winning filmmakers, uses humor and wit to take an
irreverent–but nonpartisan–look at voting in America. Slated for

stars political humorist Mo Rocca, a correspondent for CBS Sunday
Morning, a panelist on NPR’s hit quiz show Wait, Wait ... Don’t Tell
Me!, and a former correspondent for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Vote Counters Rule

Voters do not determine elections. The people who count the votes determine the outcome. It is not just dead people who occasionally vote contrary to law. It is also voters who moved away and their names remain on the voting lists. One section of the Voting Rights Act requires states to remove ineligible voters. Few do. MA does not. Lawyers in the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the DoJ refuse to enforce that section of the law. See e.g., J. Christian Adams' book, Injustice and his web site at electionlawcenter (dot) com

Justice Dept. Lawyer Refused to Promise to Enforce First Amendment

Tom Perez is the same US Dept. of Justice Civil Rights attorney who refuses to enforce laws in a race neutral manner. J. Christian Adams revealed Perez's role in Adams' book, Injustice. It is curious that an openly biased attorney is not only allowed to continue to work at the DoJ but that he is also chosen for special controversial prosecutions and investigations. After a racially charged event Perez was chosen by Holder to be the lead investigator for the DoJ in the Trayvon Martin case in Sanford, FL. There is no end to the hypocrisy of liberal race mongers. Perez is exactly why there is so much racial hatred in this country. Neither Holder nor his boss Obama are interested in defusing the racial hatred. They want to increase it and will not stop their abuses until there is widespread race riots. Currently you can notice the absence of reports of race riots in the USA by reading Colin Flaherty's book, White Girl Bleed a Lot, and Harry Stein's, No Matter What They'll Call This Book Racist. Harvard University administrators and faculty, and City officials in Cambridge MA remain in denial that black people can be racists. The animosity will grow until they recognize that black people are as human and flawed as white people. They are not better as alleged by these racist academics and city officials. But especially when they recognize that all black people are not victims.

Double Standard In Florida Shooting

Former US Dept. Of Justice Staff Attorney J. Christian Adams - electionlawcenter (dot) com - wrote a new book, "Injustice." Adams resigned from the DOJ when Holder refused to enforce a default conviction against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation. He reports a group of racialist attorneys in the Civil Rights Division who refuse to enforce laws in a race neutral manner. They say Civil Rights laws were passed to protect black people, and it is wrong to use them against black people when white people are victims of criminal abuses. Tom Perez is one of those attorneys. He investigates the Trayvon Martin shooting. One question is why was the media campaign delayed for one month before exploding? Second question is why is there silence about the shooting death of John Sanderson, 21, a white student at Mississippi State University on March 24, 2012. He was shot dead by three black men in his dorm building.

"The 20% figure had to be manufactured for some reason and the obvious assumption is that the DOJ is trying to hide the fact that the real difference is so small. They know public opinion is against them so they used a semi-clever trick to fool the state of South Carolina.
This intentional gaming of the statistics by a legal branch of the Federal government should be deeply troubling. The fact that ‘respected’ media like Charles Savage in The New York Times, ABC News and Talking Points Memo went along for the ride is very disturbing. And the fact that this ruse was done in order to protect the Obama administration is downright frightening."

Voter ID: Holder Looks Through Race-Colored Glasses
Editorial
Investor's Business Daily

Adams was an attorney for five years in the Voting Section of the US Department of Justice. This book is about the hijacking of the Voting Rights section at DOJ by a group of extremist left-wing racists who refuse to apply the laws equally. They practice selective enforcement laws picking and choosing which laws to enforce. The barrier to remedying this perverted situation are the highest levels of the DOJ and the White House, which support such corruption of the Attorney General's office.

The author describes in detail extreme criminal abuses in Mississippi by Black Supremacists. In each case when the minority White population protested the DOJ refused to help them. The left-wing lawyers said they came to DC to stop abuses of Blacks by Whites. They said the laws were written to protect Blacks from discrimination. Their reasoning is hollow on two levels. There are many political subdivisions where the majority of citizens are Black e.g., Atlanta GA, Newark NJ. Whites are unable to get the attention of the media or the politicians. Adams explained that even in academia where scholars are supposed to be rational, they are in denial about Black racists and abuses of White minorities. But globally Whites are a minority, making up 16 percent of the world population.

The criminal abuse explained in detail at the voting section of the DOJ is repeated in other areas of contemporary society. In view of the lack of will of local citizens to stand up for the rights of others, it is unlikely that this book will have the desired effect and wake up people to the blatant destruction of the Constitutional protections for all citizens. If Cambridge MA and Harvard University are any indication, White elitists will maintain their position of power and permit Black racists to abuse lower class and working class White people to be the scapegoats for historical abuses by the upper class, generations ago.

Adams stated that many of the attorneys at the highest levels of the DOJ are using the government for "pay back" for historical wrongdoing. They target White citizens who did no wrong but who are being punished for the sins of their ancestors.

This book reveals much of the ongoing deception by the current Attorney General who also has to explain his role in the Fast and Furious gun scandal and the Pigford farming grant scandal. He needs to explain why he refuses to enforce Section 8 of the Motor Voter law which requires states to remove dead and ineligible voters from the state rolls. He needs to explain why he prioritizes minor offenses against some voters while ignoring unlawful institutionalized voting abuses against White voters. Does the Obama administration plan to steal the 2012 election with fraudulent votes from ineligible voters?
