Gift Card Holders

Hello,

I'm tired of making box for gift card  so I made gift bags instead.  These were made from 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches card stock which mean  one 8 1/2 x 11 makes two bags.  I'm planning on making more.  I will share the measurement then

Until next time

Lots of Bags

Hello Blogger Friends,

My absent from blogging was working and then after work I made these for my friend Elisabeth.  Elisabeth and I met at a craft show several years ago and we became friend since then.  She sells jewelry.  I  needed some nice beads.  She told me that she can sell me some of the beads but it turned out she likes my bags so we exchanged her beads and my bags.  I used the We R Memories punch board bag.  I made at least 20 bags for her.    Each bag was decorated a little different.  I like how each bag turn out.  I hope Elisabeth will like them too.

I wanted to get rid of my old pattern papers.  So I used them to make extra large bags  for my Fall craft shows.  Are you ready for the numbers?????

Awaiting in the box for handles.

Don't they make pretty gift bags?
                                                            40 bags completed with handles

I made 151 extra large bags.  I thought I got rid of a lot of papers but I used only 302 sheets of 12 x 12 pattern papers.  I still have more pattern papers. Oh, no!

Any how thanks for stopping by and have a great week a head!

Hershey Snowmen Wraps

Hello,

This is one of the items I made  for the craft show.  I have an expectation for each craft show I attended.  I set a goal for $200 yesterday and that is low considering I have so many different items.  If I reach my goal, I will return next year. Yesterday I almost reach the goal. I sold $170.  The location was great.  It was in a shopping center and on a busy intersection.  But there were no visible sign so we didn't attract more shoppers.  These snowmen used to fly off my table but yesterday I sold only 6.   I priced these at $2.75 each or 2 for $5 and people always bought two.

The bad thing is I didn't sell much but the good thing is I don't have to make much items for my next craft show. Yay........ more time to make crochet flowers. :)

Have a wonderful day!

Paper Purse Card Holders

Hello,

Sharing a few large purses.  It was inspired from here

Then I made this.  I had a hard time finding purple pattern paper.  So I made my own, well not entirely, I used the embossed paper from Stamping Up; then I sponged purple ink all over to create the pattern paper.

Each purse hold 10 cards and 10 envelopes.

Hershey Nuggets Card

Hello,

Aren't these gorgeous! You won't believe how easy it is to make them.  I saw the tutorial here.  The tutorial said to use 6 1/4 x 12 inches.   I don't like wasting the other half of the paper.  I cut my paper 6 x 12 that way I can make 2 out of 12 x 12 paper.  I used  thicker pattern paper.   It hold up really nice.

I also covered the opening with clear plastic, the plastic box that hold the dies I saved all of them.

The pretty flower was made from spellbinder flower die called Rose Collection.

I am not a yellow person but I just love this one.
I made an insert trey to holder the chocolates and this insert will also fit the tea light candles.

Measurement for the insert trey 2 1/2 x 7 inches.  Score 1/2"  all around, make 4 cuts and fold it into a box.

I haven't enter any challenges in a looooong time so I am going to enter this to:

Easel Box For Battery Tealight

Hello,

I made a few battery tea light boxes.  I wanted to see how this purple and white look.  The color didn't turn out as nice as I thought.

I wanted to see how a little bit of green will do. I thought it didn't make much of a different either.
Have a marvelous Monday!

"JOY" TopNote Box

Hello Blogger Friends!

You knew I love to make boxes.  Today is another topnote box.

I like how this first box turned out, although, I don't like the small bow.   I like the "joy" with the green layer, however, that took me extra time so I made this instead.
I stamped "joy" directly on the top note and that really speed thing out.  I am going to ignore the not so good stamped "joy."  I also like the bigger bow better.

By cutting off one side of the top note, I can cut 5 top note shapes out off 8 1/2 x 11 paper compare to the first one I can only cut 4 shapes out off 8 1/2 x 11 card stock.

White card stock was from Paper Trey Ink.  Love their 110 lb. thickness card stock!

Have a wonderful Monday!

Peanut Chews Reindeer

Hello,

I still have some more peanut chews left.  I decided to make some reindeer with my daughter help again.  She helped me glued the eyes and glittered the noses.  I saw these ideas on Pinterest.  Don't you just love pinterest!

For these reindeer I used the same measurement as the snowmen.  For the antler I used the Martha Stewart leave punch.  The noses were made using 3/4 inch punch and a half a circle inch punch.  I added dimensional under the red circle.  They would look much better with a scarf.

Wishing everyone who celebrate Thanksgiving a wonderful time! and everyone else a marvelous week!

Bridal Shower Favors

Hello,

Phew! I finished and dropped them off 105 Hershey nugget purses and clutches.
Oh, my! of all the 25 white purses, I happened to pick the one with the off center pearl to take the picture for my post. Not so impressive.
Added a little tag at the back.
Inspiration of the nugget purse was from  here.

The tag didn't look good on the clutches so I added the tap in the front. The clutches were made using 2 medium tags from Tags, Scallop combo # 2 die.

Enjoy your weekend!
