Iced tea with sliced apple

This day I will share with you the recipe of iced tea that is really good looking and it taste no worst. ;) It is good for outdoor party when you want to impress your friends.                                                                         


Iced tea with sliced apple (10 serving):
- 6 cups of good Darjeeling tea
- 1 liter of mineral cold water
- 2 apples
- 20-30 ice cubes
- 15-20 tea spoons of cane sugar
OPTIONAL:
- 1-2 cup of fresh mint leaves

Directions:
Prepare Darjeeling tea using seller recipe and cool it. Put ice cubes, cane sugar and mint leaves (OPTIONAL) into the large glass jug and pour cold Darjeeling tea. Cut the apples into thin slices.
Pour tea into glasses and put some apple slices for each.

Mint iced tea

When you need really fresh iced tea I suggest you mint iced tea. Mint is good known herb to all and you can get them in almost every vegetables shop. So get some fresh mint and try this mint iced tea recipe!


Mint iced tea tea ingredients (2 serving):
- 2-3 tea bags of black/green tea (or 2-3 tea spoons of loose black/green tea)
- 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 500ml of water
- 5-10 ice cubes
- 2-4 tea spoons of cane sugar
OPTIONAL:
- lemon or lemon juice
Mint ice tea

Directions:
Brew tea for 2-4 minutes in 500ml of hot water. Remove the tea bags or grounds if you use loose tea. Mix brew with cane sugar, and let it chill. Add to brew thick chopped mint leaves and put it to fridge for 3-4 hours and don't forget to cover the jug. After 3-4 hours remove mint leaves from your mint iced tea.  (OPTIONAL: add some sliced lemon or lemon juice.) Serve with ice cubes to keep it cool.

Raspberry iced tea

I like raspberry very much. I have some raspberry bushes in the backyard. Some are early and other late so I can eat them throughout all summer and begining of autumn. Yummmmy!

Here i give you my favorite raspberry iced tea recipes. I always use my own raspberry for it.

Raspberry iced tea ingredients (4 servings):
- 4-5 tea bags of black tea (or 4-5 tea spoons of loose black tea) assam would be perfect becouse of strong taste.
- 150-200ml raspberry juice
- 800ml of water
- fresh raspberries (about 5-8 for one cup)
- 10-15 ice cubes
- 2-5 tea spoons of cane sugar
OPTIONAL:
- mint leaves

Directions:
Brew tea for 2-4 minutes in 800ml of boiling water. Remove the tea bags or grounds if you use loose tea. Mix cane sugar, raspberry juice (optional mint leaves), chill and add to tea brew. Put in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with fresh raspberries and ice cubes to keep it cool.

Iced tea vodka

 This one is good as party drink or when you want to relax after stressful work. It will refresh you and make smile on your lips. ;)


Iced tea vodka ingredients (1\serving):
- 1 tea bags of tea (or 1 tea spoons of loose tea)
- 50ml lemon juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 200ml of water
- 50ml of vodka
- about 3-5 ice cubes
- 1-3 tea spoons of cane sugar
Iced tea vodka

Directions:
Brew tea for 2-4 minutes in 200ml of boiling water. Remove the tea bag or grounds if you use loose tea. Mix cane sugar, mint, brew and vodka. Pour all to the air-tight container and then cool in freezer for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon juice and ice cubes to keep it cool.
